No lender would lend to us due to being self employed (less than 2year) and due to my partner being on a fixed term contract (grad scheme!). However, Magda's positive vibes and her willingness to help us in buying our first family home... lead to us completing within 2 months of putting an offer in. We found Josh Statham very knowledgeable with regards the mortgage products available. He was also very quick at getting things orgnised and was always easy to contact to discuss any matters. Could not recommend him enough.
