I cannot recommend Moneysprite and James Berry enough. From our first email to James to completion he has been absolutely amazing. James responds quickly to queries and is able to explain things in a way that makes sense, which as first time home owners who are struggling to understand mortgage jargon really helped! Laz and Lynne at Moneysprite have been brilliant. In a challenging market, they have been able to support and guide us in getting the most appropriate deal for our re-mortgage. Great communication throughout and made the whole process seamless. Would definitely recommend to anyone remortgaging or getting their first mortgage.

Couldn’t be happier with Josh Statham who sorted my mortgage out! I was literally clueless and didn’t even know where to start but Josh explained everything that I needed to know and all the options I had, answered my 100001 questions and didn’t make me feel like I was pestering! Got my decision in principle in about 24hrs which meant I could start putting offers in, the whole process was so easy and definitely the most straight forward part of buying a house!

Had Jack help me find my mortgage offer, quickly and the best offer on the market. Jack goes above and beyond to assist in the process, answer questions and any other questions I had.

Would recommend James Berry to anyone, as first time buyers applying for a mortgage was completely new to us. James made the whole process completely stress free and really took the time to make sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into. He was easy to reach and was so friendly and really put us at ease. We can’t thank him enough.

James helped me navigate a difficult buy out and remortgage situation. He offered professional advice and supported each step of the way. James was able to find me a remortgage offer within a day and had it approved within a week. I would highly recommend James. I have gone to him twice now and both times have been smooth, stress free, quick and efficient. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

As this was my first home purchase I had a lot of questions but I never felt that anything was too much trouble.
