We have used Moneysprite for the last 7 years & have always found them to be excellent. We were appointed Katrina from the Upham Office last year, she found us a 5 year fixed mortgage just before the interest went up which we were most thankful for! Katrina didn’t just stop at the 5 year fixed rate, she gave us several different options fully explained in emails with all the facts & figures enabling us to make an informed choice. No sales pressure just facts. Katrina also contacted the lender on our behalf to help move things along when necessary.

My daughter found Money sprite last year via searching desperately online for a mortgage broker and she manage to get Jack. He was very quick to get back to us and he maintained a very high level of professionalism and support as we went through the re mortgaging and purchase process. It was a long journey , but Jack was always available and ready to answer all questions put before him. As i send this , we never met Jack face to face , but he was always honest and trustworthy.
I will recommend Jack any time and any day for my next purchase and for family and friends .We really appreciate your hard work Jack. More wins !!!

Anyone who has ever been to view a house that is for sale will be familiar with the estate agent trying desperately to get you to speak to their mortgage advisor, even if you tell them you already have one.

Earlier this year, my wife and I were looking to buy our first home and we experienced this. A lot. In fact, I spoke to four mortgage advisors in those early stages. I was keen to get as much of an overview on my borrowing potential as I could, so I went along with it. Of the four that I spoke with, Josh Statham at Moneysprite stood out immediately as the best of the bunch. Right from our first phone call, he took great time and care to learn every important detail that would allow him to find the very best deal for us, and so of the four he was the one with whom I chose to do business.

This decision is probably one of the very best that I've taken in my life. Josh was always on hand to help me with any query or problem that I had. I never just went to his voicemail when I called, and if I ever emailed him I'd get a response promptly. The thing that I valued most about my experience with Josh is that I always felt like I was his most important client at any time, which is not to say that I was of course, but the fact that he always made me feel like this is an absolute testament to his professionalism and the care that he has for his clients.

We have recently completed on our first house and I genuinely don't think we would have gotten here without Josh. I would not recommend any of the other advisors who I spoke with in those early days, but I would gladly sing from the rooftops about Josh if anyone asked me for a recommendation.

Josh Statham at Moneysprite was recommended to me by the estate agent I used when I sold and bought my properties and can honestly say he's up with some of the best mortgage advisors out there. Not only did Josh tirelessly assist me with all aspects of my current mortgage, new mortgage and insurance, he also went over and above to help try and get what was an incredibly challenging and lengthy chain with tight windows moving along swiftly when things started to go pear-shaped. Josh was always available to chat about all financial aspects of the move and advised on the best approaches, even when the situation was evolving. Highly recommended with literally no negatives to report whatsoever!

We were recommended Moneysprite by our estate agent as they do so went along with the meeting just to keep them happy but we had no idea that Josh Statham would be our saving grace throughout the whole process.
We have moved 4 times in 12 years and this one was the most stressful of all so we were so happy and grateful to have Josh supporting us and chasing up the other side's solicitors to actually get things moving and keep us in the loop. Josh is just an amazing guy, very professional and knowledgeable and was always there to make sure everything that happened was in our best interests. If we had met outside of this I would like to think we would actually be good friends - this is the kind of service you get from Josh.

James Berry was fantastic, very helpful. We were first time buyers so obviously lots of questions and James was more than happy to help with all of them. He was very good at keeping us up to date on how the application was going and he checked in every now and again if he hadn't heard from us as to how the purchase was going.
