I ended up with (in my mind) quite a complicated mortgage situation, but I need not have worried. Marty not only explained it in the simplest terms, but worked tirelessly to get me the best deal. At one point the rate went up with the original company, and Marty did everything in his power to make sure I still got the top rate with another provider - which I did - and I’m sure this must have caused him a lot of extra work!

He honestly is brilliant - there’s no one else I would want looking after my mortgage and protection than Marty. He’s fantastic at his job as the main point, pragmatic, and the opposite of “pushy salesman” that I have felt in the past with other brokers/mortgage advisers. Not only that, he’s also easy to talk to, explains everything in terms that make sense, very easy to contact, always available for support and help (even those questions you feel stupid asking!) and as a side note, you will not stop laughing through your appointments!

I have met three mortgage advisers so far, and there is no doubt that Marty is the best. From a professional standpoint, he was able to communicate with the bank and get a lot of information that I couldn't get to. When I need him, he can reply immediately. He always replies fast! In addition, due to language issues, I cannot understand many things. He was able to explain to me very patiently. All in all, I would recommend him to my friends! ! highly recommended!

I recently came to Marty for help on obtaining a mortgage. From the word go, Marty was able to get the ball rolling for me, was unbelievably knowledge and was able to explain the process to me as we went along, was able to find me a great deal and made sure I was happy with everything before going to work on my behalf with the lender, while also being a bit of craic along the way!!

The whole process, from my first conversation with Marty to mortgage approval, took less than two weeks, and I couldn't recommend Marty enough to anyone who is starting out on the mortgage process. Cheers again Marty!!
