The sale was a long process but Julie in sales and Emma in sales progress both were amazing every step of the way keeping me updated every step of the way and as I was new to buying a property they patiently answered all my questions (there was a lot of them). I highly recommend them 😁

I can’t recommend Marc Steels highly enough. From our first interaction, he was incredibly professional and went out of his way to be helpful. He kept me informed at every stage and handled all the details with impressive efficiency. If you’re looking for a letting agent who actually delivers on their promises, Marc is your person.

An appalling experience with Cubitt & West Chichester. Our property was marketed with an incorrect description, communication was poor, and we had very few viewings over seven months. On one occasion, the wrong key was taken to a viewing by the estate agent, meaning a buyer couldn’t access the property and we potentially lost a sale.

Most seriously, Cubitt & West lost our keys. We were initially handed someone else’s key and later told ours had been lost, creating a serious security risk. Only a replacement key was offered, so we are now in the process of changing the locks & covering this cost ourselves following advice from our insurer.

We also lost out on a prospective house due to miscommunication and poor handling. I would not recommend Cubitt & West.

Really pleased with all the help from Sales Progressor Julie. She was great with keeping us updated and explaining everything we needed to know along the way. Thank you for all your help Julie!

I’ve been looking to buy somewhere in Brighton for over a year and interacted with a range of sales agents. None are like Deborah Collins from the Home X development. Her knowledge, rapport, friendliness and importantly, proactivity made enquiries and interactions such a positive experience. Now after a year I'm finally purchasing a property (that surpassed my initial expectations) in Brighton and that's down to Deborah.

C&W's Cranleigh branch have sold my house for me. Dealing with Kerry-Ann, Claire and the rest of the team has been great from the word Go, making you feel that you're in safe hands. They're always happy to answer your questions and put your mind at ease. They appear to have a bit of drive that some of the local competitors seem to be lacking.
So I'm happy to recommend the Cranleigh branch of Cubitt and West.

I met Max from the Reigate branch in my search for my perfect home and he really helped me as a first time buyer. The whole experience has felt so easy and put my mind at ease. He was extremely friendly and helpful and always there to respond quickly and help me with any queries or reassurance. During a very long process due to chain, the sale progressor Julie has been a huge help, keeping me in the loop about what was happening on top of the chain and very supportive with me when I felt like loosing my patience. I would like to thank Julie for her amazing work and also Tracey (sale advisor) when I was searching for houses!

Ive come not to expect too much of estate agents over the years, but ive got to say everyone at Cubitt and West Emsworth have been a great help during our house purchase.

From the inital viewing and putting our offer in the team were always prompt with responses and very helpful. Through to getting contracts exhanged and completion they have been on the ball, Julie Bramble in particular was a key part of the process in the latter stages, answering questions and helping things move along within the conveyancing process, whereas there might have been more issues and even more delays if she did not go the extra mile.

Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Spoke with the lewes road team today, Cieran, Ava Ruby & Jasmine all in turn about different issues & ALL!!!! Of them in turn today Got stuff done/sent to landlady etc Jasmine straight on repairs! Cieran needed an answer there & then 5min job not i call u back later. Ava home visit, punctual & helpful & Ruby on the case straight away again with something else here i need doing. Listen members of public out there!!!!! Saliha on the pre purchase side and Julie after the offer was accepted were fantastic. Their service always felt very personal and caring. Lindsay who did the viewings with me was also great and always on time! Its a great little team. Very helpful, professional and good at keeping you updated. I can't recommend them highly enough.
