Ordered a cot - the holes didn’t line up so couldn’t assemble it. Second cot arrived and I had another similar issue. Third time lucky and cot assembled without any issues - I wasted lots of time.

They sent me a free product as compensation - I had quality issues with assembling this product too.

Can’t make calls to customer service - very frustrating.

Would never order from this company again.

Hire a delivery service that offers times to accommodate customers that work full time.
I had a member of your customer service team email me, basically saying that they can only deliver on days I am at work and can’t get off. They said they can deliver the next day if I replies by 4pm which I did. I haven’t heard back any confirmation of the delivery is coming or not. I don’t expect to be told to email back by a deadline only to have the deadline your staff set ignored and no correspondence following this. Unacceptable.

Order with caution. You pay for them to post the item to you AND you also pay if you want to return it. I ordered a £15 item and because its not right, have wasted approx £8. And because they don't partner with a delivery company, you are left footing even more money to track the parcel, or paying less and hoping it arrives. Quick response on customer service, although annoying that you have to email them to request a return!

Cot mattresses are sent via a courier who consider them “too big” to deliver. Over a week later the mattress hasn’t arrived and I’ve had to cancel the order and shop elsewhere.

Absolutely love the Luna Nursery Furniture set and we are soo glad we got it, it’s such good value for money with the quality and the pictures really do not do it justice! We were missing a box from our delivery but this was resolved very quickly :)

Mattress arrived on time in good condition. It fits well into our existing cot which is an added bonus as the cot is a family heirloom and constructed with imperial measurements.
I would certainly recommend this item to everyone.

We purchased a three piece furniture set plus shelf, mattress & changing mat from cuddle. Although we didn’t receive our changing mat with our order, once I emailed Cuddle they were quick to rectify the mistake.
Our furniture was delivered promptly with two very nice gentlemen who put it in the room of our choice.
The furniture itself was fairly easy to build and very sturdy & of good quality.
I would certainly use cuddle again.

Excellent customer service and delivery

I found this company online and saw the good reviews. An I can see why the customer service team for booking your delivery time we lovely and friendly an it so helpful that they book days that’s work for you to drop orders off. The drivers where great a put all furniture in the room for me. Unfortunately I am yet to put up the furniture but hoping the goodness continues! Will do another review when ensembled .

The wardrobe is nice and it looks lovely in my daughter’s room. Unfortunately the brand should change the delivery company… first delivery the box arrived broken and the internal pieces too..
Second delivery ok but the box outside was full of foot steps marks!!! Someone walked several times on top of it!!! Thanks god this time the pieces weren’t broken…

Good service - Beautiful product

Two orders from cuddle co, both with items missing when delivered.
The furniture (Luna) is ok value for money, but two of the screws are broken so can’t put it together. And only one box of two arrived for the dresser/changer. Annoying as they called to say they had all the items and arrange a specific delivery time (taken time off work), and then it didn’t even all arrive.

I contact CuddleCo a few days ago as a mattress was missing from a previous order and they did send another with arrived very quickly. The mattress are lovely and good value for money.

I ordered a stand for moses basket. the stand was very good value for money and was delivered much quicker than the 4-5 days promised. The delivery charge at £2.99 was most reasonable.

Scammers.
I bought Troll Torsten 2 Piece Set through Natural Baby Shower.
Furniture arrived with bits missing and extremely bad quality (unpolished parts, missing holes). Also it has very strong toxic smell, even after night in the room with open window.
Will be looking for full refund and I am 38 week pregnant. Such companies should not exist at all.

Website provides misleading information that cod is made of solid wood when on manufacture website this is MDF.

I posted bad review on their website that was not published.
Prices on website are jumpy 1,199 in one minute 899 for the same set.
