Cufryna Reviews

Its a scam don’t buy from them nothing like the advertisement. bought build your Lego like ornaments in advent calendar they are just rubber ready assembled most disappointing. my grandchildren will be too.you should be ashamed of yourselves ripping off people
Second time I have bought from Cufryna and both times I was scammed DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS Company

I too ordered the christmas advent calendar with lego blocks and what i received was nothing like the advert. I tried to contact them and complain but got no reply. They also show a five star rating from trustpilot which is wrong, so surly trustpilot can contact Cufryna to have that rating removed so people know they are liars and sell rubbish.

They do not send you what they advertise. I ordered the Lego brick advent calendar where you make your own tree decorations but what they actually send you is little rubber tree decorations and in a smaller scale.

I ordered an advent calendar which according to the video had 24 openings and in each one there was to be bricks to make up a decoration. This cost me£38 including postage but in actual fact they put the order through 3 times so I had a fight to get that money back. When the item eventually came it was tiny rubber type decorations probably worth about £10 if that. I’ve sent about a dozen emails about sending the correct thing but I’ve given up. So beware of items coming from China. They are not what they seem

I ordered 3 of the little Lego build Advent Calendars over a month ago and paid £66 for them and have received nothing. I am very angry and disgusted. I would not recommend this service to anyone it’s diabolical

As you can see by the list of reviews on this company. I like the majority of people on here, I purchased the ' build' advent calendar for my grandsons. I'm sure they will be as disappointed as me when they open this absolute garbage. The advertisement for this item is completely false. Once bitten, next stop is trading standards. PLEASE ANYONE WHO IS READING THIS, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. BTW if you are the owner of the company and you are reading this, I hope you are so happy and pleased with yourself, but I'm sure you will sleep peacefully knowing you have taken hard earned money of decent, genuine people. P.S stop sending me spam email twice a day...many thanks V.

I was going to order christmas bricks ornaments calendar. The order should have been £24.00+Shippping insurance £1.99+Delivery £1.99 totalling £27.98. Went through to pay on Paypal, it came up £33+. Why? Checked the reviews (which I should have in the first place) which are not good. Order not placed.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Absolute scam. I ordered the mini Christmas brick ornament advent calendar and it is nothing like on the website. There's nothing "build" about it, the ornaments are readymade rubber and only 4 cm tall. Not "build it yourself" 8cm. Shamefully misleading.

Seen these Lego type advent calendars on line and ordered some for the grandchildren the videos shown them to be a lot bigger and made of bricks which you could fit together to make a Christmas character tree decorations but when they finally arrived the boxes they were in were a lot smaller than shown in the video and the characters were not blocks you could make up but very small rubber characters so very disappointed in the items and it’s time the videos reflected the actual size of the product as it’s very misleading

CUFRYNA needs to be honest on their website. I bought an Advent calendar which shows Christmas ornaments to build and pictures little lego type bricks and pieces. I hoped it would be a fun thing to do with my grandchild. When it arrived the ornaments were rubber and in one piece - not to build. Also website states each ornaments is between 3-4 inches. They're not. This wasn't cheap either - over £30 with postage.

I ordered 2 xmas tree Leggo advent calendars for Grandsons to say rubbish arrived after a lengthy wait is an under statement ,so disgusted and disappointed have gone straight in the bin do not please let this company take your money , not as advertised , this company needs closing down ,Rubbish

Item ordered didn’t arrive. When I emailed the support, my mail was rejected.
Order was confirmed and then followed by daily messages saying that my cart contained other orders - totally false.
DO NOT TRUST - my score would be ZERO if possible

I placed an order for an advent calendar on 25th September I had email confirmation and then another to say that it was on its way…since then 10 emails requesting I complete the order as it was still in my basket..this is completely untrue as my payment had appeared on my bank statement on 25th September and I have never received the goods..

Still not received item , 2 weeks later , Tracking numbers given did not work , Please do not buy anything from their website , total scam .

Bought the build bricks advent calendar: absolute scam: got a cheap box with some one dimensional pictures of the items it shows you can build in the add stuck on a piece of material.

Extremely misleading advert no weed could ever do what is claimed

I purchased a mini build-a-brick Christmas advent calendar from Cufryna.com with a price of £24 and £1.98 for delivery I went to my bank account and a big surprise I had two charges different amounts for almost £70 I can't understand how they charged me that and obviously no way to them to accept the cancellation and refund. They are truly thefts DON'T BUY NOTHING TO THEM is a massive FRAUD

Misleading advert, disappointing product and no response to my complaint

I purchased a mini build-a-brick Christmas advent calendar from Cufryna.com after seeing an advert showing ornaments that could be built from small plastic building bricks.

What arrived was nothing like what I expected from the advert. Instead of buildable ornaments, I received tiny, flat plastic pieces with pictures on them and gold thread to hang them up. There were no building bricks to assemble into the ornaments shown in the advertising.

I contacted customer services to request a full refund because the product was not as advertised. I was offered 30%, then 40%, and finally 50% of my money back, but only if I kept the item. I was told that a full refund would require me to return it to China.

I explained that I wanted a full refund because the item I received was fundamentally different from the product advertised. Since my last email, I have heard nothing further.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the way my complaint has been handled. I would urge anyone considering buying from this website to look carefully at customer reviews and be aware of my experience before placing an order.

I am posting this review to share my genuine experience and warn other potential customers.

I was going to buy 3 advent calendars at a cost of £58 , however when I went through to PayPal there was a note stating I would be authorising up to £73 so I instantly cancelled. BEWARE
