From the moment we contacted Curchods for a valuation they stood out as the best choice for us. Rupert arrived and had a really great knowledge of what the properties in our area were selling for and gave us a realistic valuation. We agreed to have them market our property which was completed quickly meaning our house was live on the market within a week. Ruby took over from there on with so many viewings resulting in a sale within 2 weeks wow!! We were kept up to date throughout the selling process with e mails and phone calls. Although we encountered a few hiccups through no fault our side everything was quickly sorted with Ruby enquiring with buyers on our behalf. We definitely recommend Curchods for their professionalism, and more importantly their friendliness. We are very happy with the service we received from the whole of Churchods New Malden team.

I have recently sold my Mother's house through Curchods as that's the agent through which she bought it. I have had an excellent experience with them. Always very welcome to pop in when down at the house and needing advice. Good advice given about selling price. The process of the sale was constantly monitored by the Negotiator, and he was in touch with all the solicitors to check process in the chain. I was kept up to date at all times. Would certainly say that I had no cause for concern at any time. A team that definitely seemed to work in harmony with each other.

This was the most professional estates agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They appraised and valued my house in a detailed and positive manner.
I opted to follow all of their advice, right down to the date I would put my home on the market.
Each step was positive. The journey to reach completion is difficult in the current market, but I recommend sticking with this team: Townley, Graham and Hayley can navigate you towards your goal. Thank you so much.

Staff were very helpful in liasing with solicitors and copying any paperwork which was required. I now understand why Curchods get such high praise they have really good staff.

I chose Curchods New Haw to market my property. Throughout the whole process from the initial appraisal to the completion of the sale yesterday they were honest, responsive to my queries and professional throughout.

Graham in particular was diligent in chasing up any delays and kept me informed of proceedings along the way. His advice was sound and clearly based on a wealth of experience. He knows the nuances of the property market well.

I would not hesitate to recommend the New Haw branch of Curchods if you are seeking a local estate agent to market your property.

We worked with Grant and Ellyshia to sell our mother's house, from the Weybridge office. Initially, Grant gave us some good advice on the best approach for pricing and marketing, which proved to be successful, as we had numerous viewings and two offers very quickly. Ellyshia was our main contact throughout the selling process. She handled the viewings and feedback, and then managed the sometimes tricky process from offer through surveys to completion. Both Ellyshia and Grant were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I'd recommend them to others.

In a very depressed market Curchods sold my House. Lee, Peter but especially Millie delivered a wonderful service. Millie is skilled at keeping the sale moving forward with relationships that lead to action with all. Highly recommended.

The seller was in a hurry to achieve completion so Kate at Curchods did an excellent job of keeping everything moving along. We completed in six weeks, which I think is very good going,

Excellent service from Adam & Esme + their team in East Horsley, kept our sale moving despite various obstacles & ongoing issues further up the chain.
Kept us informed throughout the process & reached exchange. Great job from all the staff.

I sold my property with Curchods Woking and had a great experience. The whole team were very professional throughout the process.

Happy to recommend them to other sellers in the Woking area.

I am writing this review as a buyer of a property that Curchods were the Agents for the seller. My main contact with Curchods was Dawn Proudfoot and I cannot praise Dawn enough for her prompt and courteous attention to all my many enquiries about the property. In these types of transactions the path to Exchange and Completion can be bumpy and during these episodes Dawn was a calming influence and set about solving the issues in a confident and inspiring manner. In trying sum up if I was selling I would not hesitate to invite Curchods to act as my Agent.

Curchods Woking were fantastic for our move. Justin was brilliant for our initial consultation, but the two stars of the show were Millie and Chloe.

Millie managed the first sale of our flat which unfortunately (through no fault of hers) fell through. She was always across every detail and kept us updated throughout.

Chloe then managed the second buyer through to exchange and completion and was also brilliant.

There were plenty of issues and difficulties along the way, but Millie and Chloe remained positive and motivated to make sure we completed and moved into our dream home.

Thank you Millie and Chloe!

Curchods in Cranleigh offered us a fantastic service. The whole team were extremely helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole sale to completion journey. We had a few ups and downs with the legal process on our journey but Curchods worked extremely hard, on our behalf to keep things on track. A big thanks to Clive, Neil, Gary, Dawn and Rachel for the great service

The team at Godalming were outstanding from start to finish, the communication was excellent from the sale through to completion.
Caroline was so supportive and reassuring during what was a tricky situation that we were in.

They really don't get the credit they deserve.

I highly recommend Curchods Godalming

Curchods Weybridge were an excellent choice. Their team were all friendly, reliable and easy to work with. Would recommend!

Attention to detail; simple and fast registration process. Professional and always on top of the situation. I would recommend.

Scott and his team worked hard to get the sale over the line. They always have time for questions and concerns, and always employ a professional and friendly approach. No games, no nonsense, just good advice and support. Thank you.

Rupert and the team at Curchods in New Malden went above and beyond to ensure that our house sale went through smoothly. They were not pushy but nor did they ignore us. They were just right with their proactivity and communication with us, making sure that we were regularly informed of the processes going forwards and chasing the solicitors to make sure that things were progressing as hoped. Rupert and the team were extremely friendly and a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend using them for your house sale / purchase. Thank you :) Kate
