Had ordered a roll of 250 address labels, clicked ok on the personalization of address/name/font and when I rec'd the roll it was completely blank (no address printed). I emailed customer service twice, then finally called them only to be told there is nothing they can do- no refund, no reprinting, just lose the money. Why isn't there any QA/QM during the printing process- that if a personalized product doesn't print at all, to think call the customer to verify before shipping it out? An ADDRESS LABEL should obviously have an address! Especially after I verified my name spelling, address AND font! It looked fine when I paid. Then the Rep tells me I should have phoned in that order- who phones in orders anymore?!? Online is so much easier. I have been shopping with Current for 25+ years and am very disappointed that they wouldn't even work with me to rectify this problem. This is/was my last order with Current Catalog, will be shopping elsewhere for my checks and personalized products. I want to give my money to a business that will work to find solutions to customer issues

Placed an order May 28 - it is now July 16 and have not received my order. Called customer service and spoke to an individual who said "its been a crazy week, can I take your number and someone will get back to you" RIDICULOUS. Would not even give a 1 star rating.

I have been ordering from Current for Years !!! I placed an order on Jan 25, 2021....for New Checks...and if I ordered more than 75.00 I got these Wonderful FREE packages of Note cards, stationary...and I would get 2 Packages....Because of the amount of money spent !!!! Well I finally received my order....with a LITTLE packet of thank you cards....and another little packet of crap!!!!! NO BIG FREE PACKAGE.....AT ALL NO EXPLAINATION WHY???I COULD OF WENT TO THE DOLLAR STORE AND BOUGHT CHEAP CARDS LIKE THAT.....It is now February 23rd and still NO CHECKS!!!! When I called this morning I got a Guy in the Philippines....and I said give me to someone in Colorado.....The lady was very nice Explained that she "didnt know where my checks were " and when I asked about the FREE nice gifts that I NEVER got...she said they ran out of them and Sorry....I will not be dealing with them anymore...The shipping is VERY slow....and I am not pleased with dealing with them.....Sad because they used to be a great company to deal with.

I used to love shopping at Current. I ordered a large print address book and the only thing right about the order was that it was large print. Almost too large. The shipping took way longer than normal and I even accounted for COVID. It was on back order for weeks. I plan on returning this book. So disappointed.

Current didn't ship my order for almost three weeks and literally half my order became out of stock during that time. This isn't the first time this has happened so, between this and their high shipping charges, I'm done with Current. There are too many great places to shop to put up with Current's nonsense.
Update: It's now Feb 22 and I still haven't received two items from my order.

I have been ordering from Current Catalog for at least 25 years. Their customer service is not helpful. I place an order on Sept. 20 and am still waiting for the backordered item (it is Nov. 20 today). I have called several times with the most recent call two days ago and was told "Great news, your backordered item is in stock and will ship today!" Just called again to check and was told "so sorry that our rep gave the wrong info. The item won't be available until Nov.24". If this item doesn't show up soon, I won't be able to use it this holiday season. Extremely disappointed and tired of being lied to by each rep that I speak with!

I have been a customer for Current Catalog for over 30 years. This past Christmas I ordered over 144 Christmas cards imprinted with our names. The cards were about $12 a pack and Current charged over $20 shipping in addition. I was charged for the whole order yet when the cards came over a third of the order was missing (ordered 8 packs pf 18 cards and only 5 were shipped). Current shipped the missing cards but they arrived too late to use, forcing me to buy other cards to replace the missing ones I had paid for and never received. In addition, the cards I did receive contained 18 cards in a pack but only 16 envelopes so I was shorted again. The worst part is that after Christmas Current did nothing to rectify the cost of the cards I cannot use. I talked to customer service to no avail and also sent a letter with no reply. I will never order from Current Catalog again! Miriam B Loo would be ashamed of what this company has become.

Quick delivery on a huge variety of well made low priced stickers, cards, checks, note pads, wrapping paper and so much more. They often have B1G1 free offers. I have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. If anything I'm often happily surprised by the great deals I find at the Current Catalog online site.

Order 7 Boxes of Christmas Cards. Paid for Priority Shipping. Never received them. Current Catalog or FedEx can find where my order is. Today us Dec. 21st. To late to mail Christmas Cards! Still haven't gotten a Refund! Stay far away from ordering from this company. Waited on the phone for over an hour to speak with someone in India, who was Rude!

ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY! I will NEVER order from them again.
Ordered something for thanksgiving - it was backordered so i sent them an email saying to cancel it. A week later I got saw where they had taken the money for the backorder out of my checking account.
Called the company (FORGET EMAILS - they don't read them for 7 days), and was told they'd refund the money to my account. Then I got another email from them saying they would not refund the money. THIS IS A LONG DRAWN OUT ORDEAL that I don't have the time to go into. Three weeks now and it is still not refunded and I STILL haven't gotten the freaking thing that was on backorder!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Ordered Christmas cards, paper is cheap really cheap stock, the cards aren't even folded. On line chat with customer service was sarcastic on their end. They don't care they don't have to. So I paid to ship this crap to myself and now have to pay to ship it back for a refund. Stay clear of this company

My mother has ordered from this company many many years and many orders , last Nov. she had ordered checks through this company at my suggestion , the checks came and we have been using them , only just now to get notification from our bank that our checks will no longer be honored as the checking account number was wrong , I had looked at the checks when they cam the first pad of them it had the right numbers , but the pads under them didn't , I contacted them and they flat out refuse to make good on their (mistake)FRAUD , this has cost her and me who are both way below the poverty level , well over $40 dollars , there's nothing we can do we we were ripped off !

Stay as far away from this Fraudulent company at all cost , and if you had made the bad mistake of ordering anything from them keep your receipts , you will need them .

I just hope now they get someone local to them who will go down there and straighten them out , or take legal action and jam them up for good , as for me I am unable to do anything other than speak out about their FRAUD ! Also they will not honor their warranty at all ever , something to keep in mind .

I placed and order on 12/16 and cancelled the order via online Customer Service form within 15 minutes of ordering. Then I followed up by calling Customer Service within a half hour, to make sure the cancellation request was handled.

At the time, I was told that nothing could be done via phone within the first 12-24 hours since it was an internet order and they could not pull up any details of the order before that much time had elapsed. I called back the next morning to make a third attempt to cancel the order and I was told that it was successful.

Fast forward. The cancelled order arrived at my door, right before Christmas. Today, I called to find out what was going on and even though I made THREE attempts to cancel this order, not only was it NOT cancelled, there was not a single mention of me contacting Current, let alone the cancellation requests I made, EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Now, I'm chasing down their customer no-service and jumping through hoops to get the refund I should have received, no later than December 17th.

I'm sick and tired of their run around and having to fix THEIR ERRORS. That's not the customer's responsibility and since they are not willing to make this right, without making me jump through hoops, I felt it necessary to warn people about their questionable tactics. Today I dealt with a Chat agent named "Lee M" and he was far from helpful and did the online chat equivalent of "hanging up" on me.

AVOID CURRENT CATALOG AT ALL COSTS.
