Quality product.
The company were excellent in accommodating my specific size and produced an excellent mattress for the price.
The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of communication for delivery. Otherwise, definitely recommended.

I wanted a new caravan mattress
I wanted a new caravan mattress. It's was to me a lot of money £400 I wanted to upgrade to a gel memory foam but I was hesitant at first. Spoke to the Delightful Chloe head of sales and from start to finish that lady helped me with many emails and phone calls helping me getting my measurements correct az this was my first ever experience buying a new mattress from their company. I was blessed with such wonderful help from Chloe one that I will never forget. Then my mattress arrives at my caravan I open it up and watch it slowly roll out and puff up couldn't believe how wonderful the craftsmanship was from those men and women that make these with such skill. My eyes popped with joy and how deep the thickness was . Then sleeping on it yeh was literally a Dream compared to my flat worn out old one . This new memory foam gel one had me and my wife cuddled up like 2 Teddy 🧸 bears feeling great in the morning.
Outstanding quality worth the money all day long . Great production Team and management. Exceptional service from start to finish. Glad I got over my hesitation thank you .

The mattress we purchased is very good…
The mattress we purchased is very good comfortable fine just what we ordered the size is perfect. If review was just the mattress it would be 5stars.
I called the company to advise that we were going on holiday and not to deliver before the given date of our return. We then received an email to say the mattress was out for delivery resulting in me having to return home at a cost of £25 fuel losing 2 days of my holiday so not impressed hence the 3 stars for overall service.

Poor communication and dishonest
Poor communication and a little dishonest. We placed our order back on the 2nd, about a week later we messaged asking for a delivery estimate so we could know when to be in. Chloe replied saying the 16th and that she’d provide tracking details soon. We messaged on the 16th as we hadn’t received any tracking but had waited in for the item. Chloe replied saying she’d got the date wrong and it was actually the 19th but to be assured the item was made and was being packaged and to be handed to the courier that afternoon (the 16th). The 19th rolled around and still hadn’t received any tracking so messaged again to be told she hadn’t told us of a manufacturing delay, which I don’t really understand considering she said it was made over 3 days ago, so must have not told us the truth last time. The item now wasn’t to arrive till the 20/22nd, and again told us it would be posted that afternoon. Item yet again didn’t arrive and on the 22nd still said the item was with sender, so they clearly just generated a tracking code to fool us into thinking the item had been dispatched. We messaged her again and finally she said she’s handed the item over to the courier the afternoon of the 22nd. A delay from the 16-23nd isn’t really on. I waited in for 5 different days as you have to be in for the delivery. The mattress quality is good but I’d recommend the company being a little more honest and organised.

Expensive mistake.
Initial lack of communication frustrating. Even more so when having received the foam we realised the covers were not the right size meaning the foam bowed. Fine now covers removed but left with just the foam and pointless covers. I can't recommend company. I'm chalking this down to an expensive mistake.
