Absolutley fantastic customer service from start to finish i orderd a custom matress for a play pen due to my little one sharing a room an to keep her safe, so she needed a slighly bigger bed than a cot, mattress has came today and fits perfect 126x126 il have one comfy little girl this evening

This is the worst company I ever. Used
This is the worst company I’ve ever used. I payed for a customized mattress topper for our caravan and when it was delivered omg I have never seen anything like it. I took a photo and spoke and sent pictures to a director of the company and he said he wouldn’t pay £5 for this I had also waited 12 weeks for this. Which was supposed to take up to two weeks. They did say they would try again which I thought ok I’ll try again but after waiting once again for far too long I rang and cancelled. it was absolutely ridiculous. And then they said they would refund asap which didn’t happen and had to ring them twice more before receiving my refund.

Simple ordering system, Katie and Tyler were brilliant great communication all the way down the line.
As for our new caravan mattresses we couldn't be happier a massive upgrade compared to the one's supplied by Coachman, if you want new mattresses then this is the place to come. BRILLIANT SERVICE!!!

Great Customer service
Great Customer service. Ordering was easy and they doubled checked everything with me before they made my mattress. They gave me an expected delivery date too. The mattress was for a French bed that I was reupholstering for our dog sitter to use while we go on holiday. The delivery courier contacted me to confirm the delivery when they received the mattress and all was good. Then the delivery company contacted me again with a different later delivery date and all was still fine. They said they would confirm a 2 hour window on the delivery day. I was a tad nervous on the delivery day so I contacted delivery company. They said they couldn’t deliver until 4 days time and there was nothing they could do. I would on holiday by then. I got back to Customer Mattress and spoke to Katie. She was brilliant and set about sorting the issue and finding exactly where the mattress was so we were able to pick it up. She saved the day in a calm and efficient manner and was a delight to deal with. Give that lady a pay rise! The mattress fits beautifully, it’s comfortable and the bed looks great!

Some delivery issues but
I tried to change the delivery address. They did not answer my question regarding changing the delivery address and simply sent it anyway!
They sorted this out for me after I complained though.

Communication was great
Communication was great, all the way through. I was sent a diagram of the mattress they were going to make for me, before it was manufactured, to check that they'd got my measurements correct - which was reassuring. Delivery was tracked and on time. First night on the mattress last night... Super Comfortable!

Zero customer service
Before I placed order delivery time was given as 3-5 days. Upon placing the order I was then told it would be 14 days. I queried this with the sales team, the person was abrupt and rude and made no apology for the extended delivery time which was majorly inconvenient and just said that’s the way it was ended the call. In the end it took four weeks for delivery with no contact in between and no explanation for the extended delay. Would not order from here again. Zero for customer service.

All the ordering process was fine. As for the 7 to 14 days lead time nowhere near then excuse after excuse when you contact Will who always says I will chase it up and get back to you but NEVER did, eventually turned up after 5 weeks but without any contact customer service needs attention .Shame as most reviews are positive.
Product seems good .
