Considering the complexity/shape and constant measurement changes of our bespoke mattress, the finished product was excellent, it fits like a glove into every bit of space in our campervan it was designed for. I would highly recommend this company as they have a 1st class service with a 1st class product.

First night in the motorhome with the mattress , climbed in to bed and immediately felt amazing I slept so well

Overall, my experience with Custom Mattress from custom-mattress.co.uk was mixed. The process of ordering custom mattresses was straightforward, and I appreciated the hand-drawn sketch for size confirmation. The mattresses were comfortable, and the included removable cover was a nice bonus. However, delivery scheduling could be improved, as I faced issues with the timing. Service and product were satisfactory, earning a solid three stars.

Waited almost a month for matress, in the end it appears the delivery company lost the original matress, no discount or reduced price offered after this

Mattress itself we can't fault, needed to shorten a double mattress to fit a particular gap in my daughters bedroom. Delivery great, and not overly heavy, fits perfectly and daughter is happy, that's good enough for me 😊👍
