Top Notch Quality, Resemblace and USA-craftsmanship
Our company has two 30-year employees retiring next year and we wanted to do something fun for them! I found Custom Bobble Heads through a google search and their quality, resemblance, and USA-made craftsmanship are top notch! I am so happy with these and can't wait to present them to our employees at our Company-wide picnic this Fall. Talented artists that did a great job and kept in communication. Only criticism I have is that the hair on one of the heads is keeping it from moving, which was an upcharge that I had to pay. Other than that, great job!

How often CBUS reached out to me to show the work in progress and to give my consent to what stage the designer was working on at that time. Though the result on the faces was not 100% looking to the original picture, it was exceptionally close. Very fine craftsmanship.

Best gift ever!
It was very easy to order my custom bobble head for my dad who is turning 100! It came out beautifully, it will bring lots of laughs at his party. Fabulous company to work with and quality products for sure!

Really happy with my experience. Ordered a bobblehead for my dad's birthday and it really resembles him! Customer service was quick to respond and provided several drafts so I could request adjustments to the design. It was a relief to give my input and know that the final product was what I expected and wanted. Fast shipping too!

They do not communicate or seem to recognize a picture or gender!!
I ordered a bobble head for my daughter’s birthday in the middle of May, they sent a bobble head on a man’s body!!! I sent a full pic of requested customization and kept paying additional monies for add-ons! They offered to redo but I still haven’t received the bobble head after paying international shipping fees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they do send you a copy of what you ordered to review, they only sent a face to review. The corrected one has not been sent yet, I don’t expect to get it and I didn’t get a pic to review? BATE and SWITCH…the worst customer service!!!
I spent $125 for a head?? That’s not what is advertised and now my daughter is out a birthday present and I am out $125. You even tried to block me from your site because you’re hiding the fact that your website is very misleading and the product is terrible!! I will buy one from another company but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you’re willing to throw away good money!!! They offer to send a new one, but it just went on and on because they’re in Hong Kong the response to questions are 24 hours later!!

For this order, you purchased a head-only custom bobblehead. The body is a fixed template, and we only adjust it slightly based on gender. Clothing and pose are created according to the website images. The head proof was completed and sent to you multiple times via email and text for confirmation, but we did not receive a response. To ensure your order could move forward, we had to approve the proof on your behalf and proceed with production.
After receiving the product, you left a review claiming the clothing was incorrect. We explained the reason and offered a solution to remake the product in a full-body custom version at no extra cost beyond shipping—this option(full -body style) is actually more expensive than the item you purchased on the website. You agreed to this remake and indicated you would remove the review. We completed the new product, confirmed your satisfaction, and arranged shipment.
Despite this, another review was left suggesting the item had not been received, although we had communicated that it was completed and ready to ship. Our website clearly lists production and shipping timelines.
We have acted in good faith throughout this process, providing multiple opportunities to confirm proofs, remake the product, and ensure satisfaction. Unfortunately, due to repeated conflicting claims, we must consider this transaction concluded.
We sincerely regret that the situation escalated and hope this clarifies the steps we’ve taken to resolve the matter.
