I don't settle for less than perfect in my buying transactions. Chris worked with me to get my bobblehead a work of art, but the test would come when my son opened the box containing his forever gift. Opening his gift on Christmas Day, he literally shouted with surprise, "It's me! I have my own bobblehead!" And, that folks, is the greatest endorsement I can give. I was super excited about getting bobble heads for my kids for a Christmas gift! I found myself so excited to meet the Christmas deadline that I often would indicate the draft models looked great but would then see a feature I wanted to add( this happened more than once). You never once said sorry too late but always accommodated my quirky additions. A wonderful experience with incredible outcomes and two weeks early for Christmas!

I sent in a photo, was able to see the resulting bobble head itself soon after my order was placed. It was a great depiction of the person in the photo but I requested two minor changes. These were done quickly & sent for my approval. Additional details were then added and I was able to see the final version. It is just what I hoped for and more. I highly recommend this company & its skilled artists.

I'm elated with every aspect of the bobble head I had made. The colors, style and detail are exceptional. Being my first bobble head there were some details I did not consider. Chris stayed in contact with me throughout the design process to add them to the doll.

Communication was great! The attention to detail was extremely impressive. I had a pretty unique custom request that included a moose, and they were spot on with every detail. I have not received the item yet but with what I've seen so far in pictures it's going to look awesome!
