I had a great experience using custom buttons. The processing was fast and my package arrived before the estimated date. I got exactly what I wanted and my church Loved the "I ❤ Sunday School" buttons. They were a hit.

The whole process for ordering my buttons was seamless and easy. The buttons were easy to order, the template for design was readily available online, and the buttons arrived in beautiful shape and on time.

Awesome experience ordering our team buttons! Colors bright and clean, rectangle design unique and delivered as promised! You had me with the smiley logo!

I had a asked for a quote, it was very quick. I had then asked for a second quote with the new customer 15% discount. When I didn't get a response, I sent a follow up email about a week later requesting the discounted quote. The rep said that hey HAD responded on a certain date. I looked back at my emails....there was no such response. I would rather someone say they forgot, were busy, etc. not send a short, curt and untruthful answer. In the end, however, the product was awesome.
UPDATE:
Received an answer from the president of Custombuttons.com saying they did respond to my second request promptly. They are mistaken. I DO NOT have an email from them on Aug 27th (until I asked for the quote a second time). I followed up with them on August 27th. To be polite I wrote: "My apologies, I didn’t see your response. I’ll be putting in my order shortly"

I'm not interested in going tit-for-tat on this.

The buttons look great and they got the graphic set perfectly!

The customer services was friendly and helpful. The buttons were done exactly the way they were wanted and they were done in a timely fashion.

The art work was excellent and reasonable in cost. Delivery was quick.Buttons are high quality and people really love that they are magnetic and they don't need to put a pin through their clothes and perhaps through their chests. I recommend Loves Buttons, Inc. very highly.
