Easy, but complicated
Ordering was easy! I simply uploaded our image and picked the sizes and it was good to go. The problem was the tracking. After 7 days, there was no update. I think there should be a record every time my order is touched. I am still waiting for an update and hoping it arrives on time.

Customer service resolved the problem
Updated: Within 24 hours of posting this review the Custom Genie team reached out. They sent my order right away and gave me a credit toward a future order. Though the initial experience was disappointing, I am open to trying again given how responsive they were to my feedback. If you have an urgent order, I wouldn't wait to contact them for updates.
Original: I never got my order, no updates on the order. It's still awaiting fulfillment. It's been over 3 weeks. It's hilarious that this is the second time I've gotten an email asking for my feedback on something that I never even got.

Poor print quality on stickers
The time and price were reasonable. Not happy with the product.

It was a "Meh" experience.
I wasn't crazy about the 4 stickers per sheet, especially since each of the graphic designs touched each other making cutting them apart less than easy.
I also wasn't happy at all with the flimsy vinyl material. It was difficult to work with when trying to apply one of the stickers. If there is a light breeze they will flap around while you are trying to put it on the surface AND the material stretched a bit. This makes applying the sticker difficult in that you really have to work it to get all the creases and bubbles out.
Meanwhile I ordered stickers from another company at the same time and the quality is much better. We'll see how long they last out in the weather.

Sorry to hear the sheet layout and material made things harder than they should be. The designs touching and the vinyl feeling too light is not the experience we want you to have. Applying a sticker should be simple, not something you have to fight with.

The sticker was perfect and arrived in a perfect timely manner. Only drawback was I never received tracking although it did say shipped on my account, was a bit in the dark on that but I did only order one sticker so maybe that’s why haha. Still a 5 star experience for me thanks guys!

I just got home from vacation to find…
I just got home from vacation to find the decals delivered. They seem to be good quality and all but they are not the color I ordered they are to be placed on a black tinted window of pickup truck therefore they can’t be black like what was delivered I had requested exactly what you sent except all lettering white foreshadowed over the grey/silver CP like the image I uploaded…. I would like this remedied please

Timely receipt of order and they were beautiful!
The name badges I ordered came in a timely manner and were perfect. I order pretty frequently when we have new hires or existing staff have lost their badges. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the new ordering platform is harder to work with than what I have used in the past. I figured it out, but preferred the other ordering process. Also I was a little bummed that it didn't save my previous template created a while ago.
