I searched on google looking to buy a custom Neon sign. This company does not make Neon signs, only LED signs. this misappropration of technology should not be allowed.

Really fantastic product and service. We ordered a large custom sign with quick turnaround and it was delivered on time and looks amazing.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the customer service team regarding my malfunctioning neon sign. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

Firstly, my neon sign stopped working just under two years after purchase. Considering the price I paid for it, I expected it to last much longer. However, I understand that technical issues can arise, so I reached out to the customer service team for assistance.

Little did I know that this would be the beginning of a never-ending cycle of frustration. I have been going back and forth with customer service for over four weeks now, and I have received absolutely no resolution whatsoever.

I have made numerous attempts to contact the customer service team, both through phone calls and emails. However, the responses I have received have been vague, unhelpful, and lacking any sense of urgency. It is clear that they do not value their customers or take their concerns seriously.

I have provided all the necessary information and even followed their troubleshooting suggestions, but to no avail. It seems that they are more interested in avoiding responsibility than in providing a satisfactory resolution. This level of negligence and disregard for their customers is simply unacceptable.

I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I am left with a malfunctioning neon sign in a busy salon and no hope of receiving any assistance from the customer service team. I often recommend products to my clients for weddings and events. Unfortunately, I can no longer in good conscience recommend this neon sign to anyone. The lack of quality and the abysmal customer service experience I have had with this company is not something I want my clients to go through. It is important for businesses to stand behind their products and provide reliable customer support, and this company has failed on both fronts. I will be sure to inform my clients about my negative experience and steer them towards more reliable options.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from this company. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service are indicative of a company that does not value its customers. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking out a more reputable and customer-centric brand.

Everything was easy from start to finish! The proposal was easy to read, and was just PERFECT based on the design. We had a few smaller elements of the logo - that they still made POP (even though those details were too small to be actual neon). Everything worked great - and customer service was on top of it all!
