Wanted to surprise my mum with a neon sign for her new summer house and hoped to find one significant enough to her/us as a family. After browsing through some pre-made signs, nothing had caught my eye apart from a French Bulldog silhouette . . . We have 3 long-haired Chihuahuas in our family so I sent a custom quote request of this breed (I’d found a suitable silhouette on Google) to the team to see if they could do a mock up. A designer, Kat, got back to me within a few days and she’d fulfilled the brief perfectly! The order did not take long to arrive either and the colour of the light (cotton candy) is beautiful against the dark wall. This is the second time I have ordered from this company (though the first time I have requested a personalised quote) and I cannot fault their expertise, efficiency and customer care. I would recommend their service to everyone.

All of the family contributed to having a neon sign for my husband’s 70th birthday and to put in his study in our new home. He was absolutely thrilled with the sign which said “my happy place” which is very appropriate.
The whole family are so pleased with the quality of the sign and is perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another if the need arises.
Couldn’t fault the delivery either. In my opinion I would recommend buying from custom neon.

I bought a sign for my friend as a birthday gift on 05/01/23. I sent an inquiry to Custom Neon's customer service email regarding price the next day on 05/02/23, but never received a response despite receiving a support ticket for my inquiry. The Custom Neon website states it takes 3-5 weeks to receive shipment. This sign should have already been shipped by now as almost 5 weeks has passed and no communication or update from company. The only communication I received from this company was my order confirmation on 05/01/23 and a support ticket the following day. I lost several weeks of time waiting on this company to respond and either refund my money or actually ship the product. I just initiated a chargeback with my credit card issuer since I never received any form of a response, status update and/or refund from this company. Terrible customer service and execution. I would never recommend this company, especially since this was a gift. I work in Consumer Electronics and have shipped over $1.5B in products. I work directly with major suppliers, so I am not a rookie when it comes to manufacturing and retail. I could've given this company a lot of business. This is NOT how you treat customers.

UPDATE:
There was no email received by this company after 05/02/23. I waited for a response and double-checked all Google mail folders, including spam and trash folders. The irony is that I had no problem receiving their refund emails yesterday after I posted this review. Of course, no explanation until now. If Custom Neon "supposedly" sent an email on 05/04/23, why was there no follow-up or concern until now? I suppose they were just going to keep my money.
