The sign showed up EXACTLY as I had hoped. It looked just like how it looked in the mock up AND they were able to turn it around quite quickly to ensure we didn't miss my grand opening for my store! Worth the money.

Friend loved it
The sign was of good quality. I bought it as a gift for a friend of mine and they really love it. Gives off a nice bright glow. Delivery wise there was a slight delay however communication was always great.

Red Cat Silhouette - nice!
Sign was a nice simple cat design and was a present for my daughter who has a online name with a cat in it.
The "neon" (really led) sign was a better price than some competitors and it came with a remote control so you can turn it on/off, dim it and choose a few flashing modes/speeds.
The wall mounting plastic plugs for plaster are pretty weak - I did not use them. I used my own plaster screws, but the rest of the mounting kit that came with the sign was fine - just be careful when you line up the holes to get them in the right positions.
Note: When we first opened the packaging, there was a strong chemical smell - I think it was Acetone - that lasted for a couple of weeks, but slowly dissipated as it fully cured - the sign no longer smells and is working well.
My daughter loves it.

Amazing Sign!
The company was very quick in creating and shipping out my sign. I loved the communication sent via email for each step that was completed. The final product of the sign was just what I had envisioned. The customer service was even very helpful answering questions about mounting the sign! 10/10!

Custom Neon was so easy to use and design my own light signS, and the results were everything I had imagined and more!! I made 2 signs for 2 very different Airbnbs, and they were the perfect addition to the space and made it so unique. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

FANTASTIC
To begin with, I ordered two signs from this company and from start to finish the process was extremely easy. Their website was super easy to navigate and they offered a wide selection of fonts to choose from, or you could create your own from scratch. I ended getting two signs from the pre selected fonts and they came exactly as advertised. The signs work really well and are absolutely amazing. I got the color changing feature for both of the signs and they come with a remote that has a touch screen color wheel to change it! I really like this feature. One last thing I want to add is that I was very communicative with my order and the replies were very fast and thorough, I never had to ask the same question again. Overall; I had a 10/10 experience with them.

Elevated and fun! I love this sign.
Love the sign! It arrived to me without any damage, neatly packaged. The colors are perfect and the floating look is polished. My only complaint is the way the wiring is set up, it made it challenging for me to hide my cords, and I believe there is opportunity for a better experience here.
