FANTASTIC! Jessica - Sales Coordinator we worked with made everything happen so easily! And... product they produced (custom patches) look FANTASTIC!

Your company sales manager Teresa was AMAZING!!!
She walked me through the process, gave me a few ideas and sent 2 different proofs. Teresa then allowed me to adjust my final proof . I have already recommended your company to 2 other friends and told them both to request Teresa because of her excellent customer service!!

Working with Emily was very easy! She was very helpful walking me through the design and ordering process. This was my first time working with her and it was a great experience.

Great communication, great product and prompt delivery. Nancy was incredibly helpful.

I ordered up some embroidered patches to sew onto some clothing. These are for my company, so the logo and colours had to match our brand standards. They sent a couple of proofs for me to approve in less than 24 hours. My patches arrived via FedEx very quickly, and look exactly as expected. Lillian's communication throughout the process was excellent as well.

I would use them again, and would recommend them highly!

Verry smooth! Kalyn was great and extremely helpful!

Your customer service representative (Emily) went above and be on to assist in completing the transaction

I was kept informed every step of the way of where my order was. The order came exactly how I ordered it.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company, specifically when working with Fay. They are professional, timely, and affordable. I will continue to use them for challenge coins and other products as long as I can.

Vivi was highly responsive and sensitive to the urgent turnaround of my project. The experience working with Vivi was excellent start to finish!

We had the most wonderful experience with Kalyn from this site. We sent over 60 emails, back and forth, refining our idea. We ordered enamel pins, stickers, and keychains from them. Everything was on time and just as described. They sent video renders, proof once the first pieces were printed, and even got us discounts on the stickers orders. Kalyn was very patient with me and did an outstanding job creating our wonderful items! We will definitely come back to them for our future projects

From my first inquiry up until production, Lilian was very patient in explaining and answering all my questions regarding my first order and ensuring my design translated well to the find product. Product turned out great!

Lillian was beyond helpful and expedient in her replies! She promptly sent the quoted through for me and catered to everything I needed. 5 stars for Lillian!
