Custom Pens Reviews

Nancy my agent was amazing. Im very satisfied with the service.

This is my 2nd order with the company. The ordering process is straightforward and accurate. Twice now my products have been delivered on time and in good condition, first to the USA, the 2nd time to Spain. This tells me that their shipping processes are well organized and executed. Lastly, and most importantly in this digital age, my account manager Cathy is great at keeping in touch with me - in one case to correct my own error, and the 2nd time to make sure I was able to properly use a very generous coupon (which I did) for a new product.

Morry was amazing! I ordered 100 enamel pins. Morry was professional and was easy to daal with. I am happy with my product quality and will be ordering more soon! Thanks again and I highly recommend!

excellent communication, excellent product. ordering again after 4 months of using the custom pens!

From design stage to receiving my order, Vivi made it very easy to complete the order. Vivi also arranged for me to receive my order in a very quick time frame.

We've been ordering custom-made pins and appreciated the recommendation of Nancy, as well as timely delivery to the external warehouse. The pins turned out great - better than on the photos!

Julice started on my project so quickly, he sent me my mock up and his communication was professional and clear.

Super fast responses and quick production/shipping. Nancy was so helpful throughout the entire process.

The patches were delivered very quickly and were just as expected.

Liz is the best. 2nd order with her and flawless.

Great experience, customer support is on it! Maybe a little over the top, but that’s ok. Can’t wait to see my patches on the hats.

I have been so pleased working with this company for custom patches! My sales coordinator Polaris ensured we were extremely happy with our artwork and the product itself and got us quote for so many different types just to make sure I received what I wanted! I will absolutely use them again and will be emailing Polaris to help us get it made!

Cathy made this a wonderful purchase experience.
