Custom Pens Reviews

Easy to use web interface and Fay in Customer Service is just awesome

I ordered 20 embroidered badges and they were excellent, the material was high quality and the design matched what I provided exactly. They were produced and delivered quickly, within 10 business days I think. Thanks Liz for the great service!

Amazing service and results. Good customer service, replies quickly.

Extremely quick to respond and I am very excited to see the ornament!

Lilian really helped us and made us have such a great experience. Thank you Lilian! Did not receive patches yet so no clue how they look or if their quality is good.

Lillian was wonderful to work with though this process. I needed patches to put on some mesh caps and she did an exceptionally great job communicating with me even when I had to have her make changes with my quote. Can't wait for my patches to get here! My employees are going to love them! Thank you so much for all the help!

The design team was very prompt and took my suggestions and changed my design to meet my requests very quickly. I was unsure what type of patch would best suit my needs, and Lilian was happy to give recommendations on what would be best and the rationale for why. Lilian's communication throughout process was also very good. Delivery was faster than stated. When I received the custom patches today, I was very very impressed by the quality. I would 100% order from them again. Thank you!

Customer service with Liz was exceptional! The emails were clear and the proofs excellent. Thank you Liz for your hardwork and attention to detail!

Great experience! Patches delivered as expected! Thank you for the great quality!

Very responsive and professional! Thank you Polaris

Communication and ease of service was great. I will leave another review once I receive the product to speak of its quality.

Teresa was great. From start to finish Teresa helped...made sure everything was good with color, style, and made sure it was to my liking. Definitely will be ordering again.

Lilian was so helpful with finalizing the order and providing options during the proofing process! I’m very happy with the final product - everything was quick and easy!

Lillian was excellent as always. Thank you!

I've done several orders with Vivi and we worked thru the design issues that resulted in a very nice product.

Communications can be a bit confusing with both emails and text arrive and sometimes overlap;ing.

Will be my go to company for the stuff the do.

I am very pleased with how the products came out and especially pleased with customer service. Morry was very helpful in helping me with my experience. Fast responses, very polite, and very helpful. I want to thank the company and Morry !
