Every picture tells a story. Every story deserves a frame. But anyone who's ever looked into custom framing knows it's not cheap. There's a reason too. Custom picture frames are handcrafted by frame experts to provide a professional finish to your pictures, art prints, and keepsakes. You're paying for the craftsmanship. However, Anthony Fontana knew there was a better way. As the website continues to grow, the team is still dedicated to one thing: providing high-quality custom framing services that are professional but affordable.

Permanent clips
The quality was as-expected but I was disappointed that there was no warning that when you have a picture printed, the frame has permanent clips installed so I cannot change out the artwork. I would have at least liked the option to decide. Now I’m stuck with the 3 pictures and no way to change them out.

Thank you for this feedback, Casey! Commonly, we see that customers who opt for our print and frame option don't change out their images frequently, but we understand that that isn't all customers! Most custom framing websites and shops will paper the back for a clean and professional finish. If you'd like to change out your pictures, you can carefully cut the paper to access the clips. Then, with a butter knife or flathead screwdriver, you can bend them to open the back. I wouldn't recommend doing this frequently, though, because the clips can snap off. If that happens, we do have turn buttons that you could install on the back to fix this issue, so please don't hesitate to let us know, and we'd be happy to provide you with the additional hardware!
But I'll definitely discuss this with the team to see how we can offer the option in the future!

Our latest order was just what we wanted. I would have liked better hanging hardware (2 eyelet screws and a bit of hanging wire), as the one piece bracket wasn't useful. Thank you!

Great experience for custom framing!
I was having difficulty finding a frame to fit a hand painted card I purchased while traveling in the British Virgin Islands. Thankful I found your company online! The ease of use of your website allowed me to measure the artwork, select a frame molding and place an order. Will definitely use your company again and recommend to others!
