The patches were exactly as I envisioned. The communication back and forth with the company was excellent. I highly recommend this company, worked out exactly as I planned.
And no, I am not married to the boss’s daughter.

Response time for questions and proof revision turnaround time was excellent. The only issue I have is there in no real accurate description of what a "woven" patch is and how it is constructed. From the images on the website, woven patches appear to be a type of embroidery, which they are not. I chose to have woven patches made, I have some concerns how the patches will hold up over time. I guess we shall see.

The website was very easy to use. They turned my JPG into good artwork. At every step it was a good experience and Adella, the CSR, was very responsive to all requests.

Ordered some embroidery patches. It was a quick response time, efficient service and no hassle with one edit I requested.

What's more, customer service never left me without an answer when Jennie was away. They took care to inform me of her absence. And I really appreciated that attitude.

As for the price, I'm no expert, so I don't know if it's too expensive or if it was a good deal XD.
