At first I was a little hesitant on ordering from them as they accepted to produce just 10 pins as I required for less than a $100 ( most of the websites have a minimum order of 100 units or so) which was unbelievable. After ordering I'm quite happy with their service as they're good in their response and quality. Adella was my sales rep and she was kind enough to respond to my requests and kept comms open. They have a satellite office in Burnaby but their production is through China. Definitely ordering again if I need their products for our business.

Great company. Communication with the seller Polaris is fast, and they provide helpful suggestions and recommendations. They also sent a photo of the design before purchase, which I really appreciated. I am now just waiting for it to arrive.

Purchased challenge coins for our department and they arrived 14 days after confirming the design. The quality it’s perfect. There are no rough edges or metal burrs that I have found on some of the “cheaper” coins. The colours are actuate when compared to the computer rendered design. These are a great coins. Will order from this company going forward and when we need to reorder.
The design process is fantastic as Jessica walked me through the process and kept me up to date on progress throughout the design phase.

We have ordered custom pins through Adella at GS-JJ twice. The pins are as expected and arrive quickly. Adella is very helpful and provides fast, efficient and courteous communication.
