Generally good but packing disappointing
The ordering process was fine, prices are good, delivery time was good. But why is the shelf upright sticking out of the top of the package? So, the paint at the end is scuffed.

It was shown that Royal Mail or Parcelforce would deliver but it was FedEx. I received communications that I was unsure if they were scams or not as I wasn’t expecting contact from FedEx

Dishonest liars try to take me for a foul
I ordered rockwool on B&Q and this company was the 3rd party seller. It was in stock so I purchased it on the 16th of august and it was meant to be delivered dew days after. I got Tracking information from fedex and I kept checking it every day untill 22nd every time info said that label was created and they await the parcel. I phoned them up and asked about my order. Spoke to some one who said hell call me back with more info and so he did but when he called me back he told me that fedex has lost the parcel and now they don't have it in stock to replace it until back end of next week.
First of all how the hell do you lose 4 bails of rockwool ?! second of all fedex never even had the parcel to lose it in the first place ! tracking clearly said label created and awaiting parcel. so they never had it to lose it.
Why can't you just tell me that you messed up and sold me something you don't have in stock and be honest about it ? I would understand and maybe even wait for it. But because you chose to lie you will never get any business from me again.

I sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your rockwool order. You have every right to be upset.
You're absolutely right about the misleading tracking information and our lack of transparency. What actually happened was a stock discrepancy on our end - whilst our system showed the items as available, they weren't physically in stock when your order needed to be fulfilled. This only came to our attention a few days after we believed the order had been shipped, which explains the confusing FedEx tracking status.
We immediately placed an order to restock and fulfil your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, Rockwool had a scheduled shutdown which extended the delivery timeframe, even though they worked to turn the stock around quickly once operations resumed.
I completely understand your frustration with our communication - we should have been quicker to identify the stock issue and communicate this to you rather than leaving you to chase tracking information that didn't reflect the true situation. This is unacceptable, and we're addressing our internal processes to ensure better communication and transparency going forward.
We are reviewing these issues and will implement measures to minimise similar stock discrepancies and communication failures in the future.

The only thing that let you down was…
The only thing that let you down was the carrier you use (FedEx). It took them 2 extra days to deliver because they tried to deliver it to somewhere else or so they said. I had to get on to you to do anything about it. This could lose you customers worth noting

Order cancelled with no comms and they keep my money for a week!
I bought 3x sets of Coburn Twin 60 door runner kits via Amazon.
Next I got a message saying seller had cancelled the order, with no explanation given or message from seller.
The message also said I will be refunded in 5-7 days.
The same items remain on Amazon and Ebay at the same price and in stock.
This company is crooked.
They can take immediate payment and they can return payment immediately.
If I could be bothered I would go through Citizens Advice to take them through Trading Standards.
Once an order is accepted and payment taken, the seller has entered into a legally binding contract.
I can't be bothered with this option as it won't change the way they operate.
I recommend avoiding this seller.

Found exactly what I needed on your…
Found exactly what I needed on your website. Straight forward to order. I like using PayPal to pay for things, so that is an excellent payment option. Ordered Saturday and arrived on Tuesday. Fed Ex were very good and dropped the package off in the rear garden. I haven't unwrapped or installed the Line Poles yet, but they seem to be as ordered. Perfect, Thanks.

Exceptionally poor customer service
My order was confirmed, the payment was taken and then I received a message advising me that my order had been cancelled. A credit was then issued, without any explanation whatsoever.
This was an extremely disappointing experience, coupled with lamentable customer service.
