Placed an order with Cyberjammies and Jill in customer services couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving an issue around delivery. First class customer service. My order has just arrived and I love them - the fabric is so soft. I know they’re going to be super comfortable. Glad I saw the ad and had a look on the website.

Lovely pyjamas but the sizing is terrible. I’m a 16-18 normally and buy size 20 pyjamas as I like them baggy. I bought a pair of these in a size 22 as I read they were small. The bottoms fit perfectly but the top is fitted. I think I’d have to size up several more times to achieve the fit I want. Think they need to review their size guide as it doesn’t make you feel great or match the items! Luckily bought FNWT on Vinted for £10 so can’t complain and I knew what to expect but wouldn’t have been a great experience if I had bought the 20, directly from this company.

Ordered a matching pyjama set. Lovely and soft to start off with but the fabric is very thin and has gone very bobbly after just a few wears and washes. Not what I expected for the price.

Sent back 2 Night dresses in the same parcel, one was refunded. The other they refused to refund as apparently it had gone past the return date? So now they have my money and what is still rightly MY night dress, awful company with appalling customer service, never will I buy again or recommend to anyone, it just shows by their terrible feedback how bad they actually are, they are over priced and don't even have good customer service,

Lovely soft (modal) fabric but on second wearing a row of holes appeared in the pj bottoms. Out of time for a refund so a costly mistake.

DO NOT use their exchange service, they can't be bothered to run it properly. I wanted the items in a different size so ordered an exchange. They didn't bother to process it for a month - and wouldn't have noticed at all if I hadn't chased. Then when they finally bothered to do it, most of the items were out of stock. They finally - a month late - sent the items that were still in stock and I can't return them because it's out of their 28 day return window. Scam artist behaviour, no respect for customer time.

I bought CYBERJAMMIES Taylor Jersey pyjamas. I wore them 5 times and threw them away. The poor quality materials left me sweltering with a disturbed sleep.
Complete waste of money.

Placed my order then didn’t hear anything until 8 days later when they notified me of refund & cancelled my order. Said they had notification from warehouse that the item was out of stock!!! Why do they accept your order in the first place. They’ve offered me 10% off next order but I’ve been put off ordering anything else from them now. Annoying thing is the item I ordered was going to be a gift this weekend & I’m now left without anything to give.

Love the pjs I received, great quality and nicely packaged however they do have a strange smell which I will have to wash out

I ordered Cyberjammies in October as I loved their print and colour (Goldie Pumpkins). They're expensive and not the best quality for the price - after a couple of washes they've gone bobbly, but I still love the print on them.

Fast forward to December, and when helping my sister place an order as she wanted some sale items, we made a mistake with the order. I tried contacting customer service IMMEDIATELY after realising the mistake. No answer on their live chat, emails take at least 24hrs to respond, facebook messages responded to but said to wait for CS to respond via email.

Email responded to, warehouse already had order and were unable to cancel it and I had to return once received.

Give them their due, it was posted first thing Monday, received lunchtime Tuesday but trying to return the parcel has become an absolute ballache. Went through their returns 'portal', started the return process and it said I would receive a returns label. I'm still waiting for the label and as it is a Bank Holiday tomorrow, I won't be able to post tomorrow. Unfortunately, the items need returned regardless as the sizing on them is so out (I'm a 16-18) and the size 20 bottoms that my sister ordered would go anywhere near me - I couldn't get them past my thighs.

ETA - it is now 2nd January. CS have responded to my 'live chat' and have redirected me to their 'returns portal' to initiate the return. I have already done this, it states they would send an email with the returns label - this email hasn't been received, but CS can't grasp this and keep going round in circles.

I won't be ordering from cyberjammies any more based on recent interactions with their customer service teams. Their returns process is incredibly difficult and frustrating. The website is also difficult to navigate on a phone, with a large pop up for referrals pops up on the screen and can't be cleared. It's infuriating.

I bought these from a trusted store. Comfortable but the material pulled and created holes. Followed all cleaning directions but still had pulls which ended in hole on material

Purchased a brushed cotton green check robe direct from Cyberjammies £49. I then found the same item retailing via Marks and Spencer for £42. I queried this and was simply told they apologised for any disappointment caused. No attempts to service recover or offer a price match. This has let the overall order experience down. Pretty bizarre customer service !

I previously left a review but I am a few months later now.

I have bought multiple pairs of these now and the pros and cons ALWAYS remain the same.

The quality initially is amazing, the feeling is so gorgeous. Very silky and smooth. Then immediately, they bobble...and the bobbles go EVERYWHERE.

After a few washes, the bobbling is gone but almost all of the trousers have developed small holes around the gusset area. I complained once and they replaced them...but I wasn't going to complain every single time. As it seems like an issue with their manufacture.

I like how they feel but I can't recommend them I suppose.

Just bought some pyjamas for my daughter for Xmas, I won't give a review on the goods as they haven't been used yet. My complaint is how badly the goods were packaged, came in a flimsy cardboard box which had been badly damaged in transit, only just about staying together. No other form of protection at all, now I know it's not there fault the packaging was damaged, but it is insufficient to offer any form of protection to the goods inside. If left outside when raining or snowing totally ruined, then you have the hassle of claiming for damaged goods.

Great pyjamas, top quality, great value for money. However they have to stop using Evri as a courier. Latest purchase was dumped on doorstep, parcel burst and pyjamas soaked

Green pyjamas arrived with a TERRIBLE smell that won't go away and transferred onto my other clothes. My laundry is ruined. Will not order from this company again. Customer services were quick to refund but denied there is a problem.

I’ve been wearing cyberjammies pyjamas for Long time

My recent order I purchased three of my normal size pyjama bottoms only they were in the sale. I wear my own cotton T-shirts with these

The delivery was really quick.

They have washed beautifully and don’t need ironing. they have beautiful styles and they come beautifully packed in tissue

They are 100% cotton very cool, even during the hot weather

I would always recommend these pyjamas, the company and Customer Service.
