Ordered two pairs of size 12 PJ trousers back in the summer. I only wore one pair as wanted to save the other (left tag on). However, i then lost weight and wanted to exchanged for a smaller size outside of the returns window. Sent an email and they said yes. They paid for the return postage and sent the smaller size. I was really impressed. They are also comfortable and good quality. Will buy again.

Fantastic company with outstanding customer service - they honestly went above and beyond to sort an issue with my order, which was sorted swiftly and easily. The products are wonderful - pyjamas that are insanely comfortable and get better with time, I love every pair of mine and will continue to buy from here!

Very fast delivery and that's where the positives end. The order arrived within 2 days, which was great, but when I saw the size of the box alarm bells started to ring. I thought there must be another box with the other half of the order in. When my wife opened it (she wanted new PJs and a dressing gown for her birthday) it became apparent how they managed to squeeze an adult dressing gown and a 2 piece set of pyjamas into something the size of a large shoe box. The quality is appalling for the price. When opened up the dressing gown was shedding bits of fabric on the floor and the pyjamas were wafer thin. Not only that, the general finish was cheap and nasty. I don't want to use the term 'sweat shop', but I can't think of something more apt. They were sent back the next day for a refund. For £9.99 you'd think 'Fair enough'; for £94 it's nowhere near good enough. It's a shame as the colours were great.

I bought a lovely pair of pyjamas. Beautifully soft and comfortable. Sadly a fault developed with the stitching on the jacket. I contacted customer services and they were extremely helpful and prompt in their replies and the issue resolved very swiftly.

Amazing customer service and great quality PJs. I didn’t receive my order in 7 days, courier keep saying In Transit. I contacted customer service and received a new parcel next day with a different delivery service. So happy and will recommend to my family and friends.

I have bought 4 nightdresses from Cyberjammies as I love the style and fit of these nightclothes. They also wash well Their customer service is amazing and I definitely recommend this company. Well done

I’ve been buying Cyberjammies’ gorgeous pyjamas for both myself and my loved ones for quite some time. They make perfect birthday presents and are always very well received.

I’m also currently going through the joys of menopause 😅 and these pyjamas have been absolutely brilliant when dealing with those horrible hot flushes. They’re comfortable, breathable and lovely to wear, which is exactly why I now own quite a few different pairs! 😊

I have always been happy with the quality of Cyberjammies nightwear and the Customer Service team, who have been very helpful after my omission - ie forgetting to include gift boxes!
Highly recommend the service.

Faultless service from start to finish, despite having to send original order and replacement order back for a refund. Size 12 CJs fit well, but in the Fable & Willow wide leg PJ set neither the 10 or the 12 were a good fit. But the service was excellent. A very slick system for returns and the refund of £125 was very prompt. I can't fault them. Just a shame about the fit for me.

I ordered 4 items and only 2 arrived. I contacted customer services where their AI virtual assistant said they would post out the missing items to me next day delivery. I haven't received them yet and when I followed up there was no replacement being sent and now no one is responding to me. Wouldn't recommend as a company to deal with as they have my money but I don't have what I ordered.

I have been buying Cybejammies night dresses for a couple of years and they are really lovely. I ordered a new strappy one a couple of days ago and the parcel had been opened and resealed by Royal Mail and there was no nightdress inside. I called Cyberjammies, got straight through to the most pleasant and efficient representative; knew who I was and could see the problem. She found another available nightdress and has arranged for it to be delivered by DPD within a couple of days. Thank you, your customer service is superb.

Lovely pyjamas in colourful designs and a good quality. I have maybe 10 of them and on one occasion one has opened up in trousers private area and they send me the whole set replacement. Amazing service!

I have been buying Cyberjammies for years and the quality has always been great. There was a slight problem with my last order and they dealt with it super quickly and sent out a replacement within one day. Brilliant customer service.

I love the modal blend pyjamas BUT for the life of me, I don't know why they use those horrible cotton covered buttons. They look cheap and are cheap rather than premium. They make buttoning difficult, forcing the button through because they're rough. Wish they'd use a decent smooth plastic button. Not had any issues with sizing, I'm a size 12 and get size 14 as I like loose fitting for lounging and sleeping.

I ordered a pair of pyjama shorts and a separate top but the percentage offer failed to work and I paid full price. Having been a previous customer I felt the company should be made aware. I emailed Customer Support and the next day the refund of the percentage reduction was received. Great and fair customer service. The Pjs are due for delivery tomorrow and I will post my thoughts on them. Sincere thank you to Customer Support for honouring their promise.

Although there was a problem with the dressing gown, a quick email with a picture resulted in a replacement within 2 days. Fantastic service. Things go wrong from time to time so how the issue is resolved is very important. Thank you for a no stress experience.
