A pair of turtle pyjama shorts which I wished to purchase for my husband were being advertised on social media but were not showing online to buy. After contacting Cyberjammies they sent me an email to say they were now on their website with a link so I could order them which I was very happy about!

Had an issue with sizing and no QR code emailed for my return. Resolved really quickly after my review. Smaller sizes ordered and kept. Great service recovery - definitely a human at the other end not a bucket of nothingness! So relieved - been a fan of Cyberjammies for years so dud panic. Will now just size down and go back to enjoying bedtime 😬

Lovely pyjamas and fantastic customer service. Had a small issue with the linen shirt set. I emailed an the issue was solved within 10 mins.

I ordered as a gift for my daughter from West Australia to London UK. I was delighted with the ease and super prompt delivery. Also to be gift boxed with my personal message was lovely.

Did not deliver, damaged in transit. I am expected to sort this out. AI bot is anything but intelligent. The product might be great but if it's not received then its no good. Terrible customer service

I first purchased a pair of flamingo pattern shorts and matching top. I was so impressed with the quality and feel, I've since purchased alot more, including several lounge pyjama sets, and pjs shorts and top for my husband. Women especially can be different sizes top and bottom, so being able to purchase individually makes a big difference. I have a stoma bag (illeostomy) which is bang on the pant line. Cyberjammies are comfortable and are very gentle in regards to pressure on the bag. The other thing that drives me crazy about other brands with cuffed leg hems, is they ride up your legs during the night and are uncomfortable. This brand can rise but you don't really notice as they are so light. I am 5"8 and mostly legs! I struggle to find full length pjs that reach my feet, these do! They are slightly more expensive than other brands but you are paying for quality, the added packaging, is a bonus! My deliveries have always arrived quickly. I can't comment on returns as I've never had to return anything. I highly recommend this brand.

I had an issue with a lost parcel and customer services resolved it very quickly, arranging for a replacement to be sent the next day. Very impressive! The product is excellent too!

My purchase had not been received after two weeks, and on enquiry with the delivery company (Evri), it would appear that they lost the goods. However, I contacted Cyberjammies by phone, and the extremely friendly agent said she would arrange for a new set of the purchased items to be sent again via DPD. They arrived the next morning. Thank you, Cyberjammies. You have an outstanding customer relations agent.

I had to send something back (I had ordered the wrong item). Royal Mail mislaid the parcel so I contacted Cyberjammies customer service. They were very helpful and professional and offered to refund me for the returned item whilst they took the matter up with Royal Mail. Very happy.

Although the item I ordered was not as expected I found it to be poor quality for the money I paid and the size was in the big side but it hasn’t put me off ordering again due to excellent customer support

Yes the products are expensive, but the quality is excellent. Sales and offers make it easier to find good value. My postage/ shipping was free and the products arrived less than 48 hours after I ordered them. Neatly packaged, and nicely displayed. Pyjama top and bottoms are ridiculously soft, comfortable and made me feel more relaxed.

Have just received my first order and afraid will be my last extremely disappointing !
Bottoms are acceptable but the top is extremely think and flimsy not at all what expected

Emailed customer services and they arranged to send one out free of charge.

I contacted customer service after the pyjamas and tops l ordered as a birthday present for my sister and had them delivered to her. What was actually delivered were cleaning cloths??? Evri delivered and tracking was available and sent photo of the safe place they had been left. I was expecting to have a nightmare getting this sorted out but Cyberjammies customer service were excellent, resent the order with DPD and she received the correct order

There were issues with 2 deliveries but after contacting customer services it was sorted very quickly
The PJs are great quality

I have had many pairs of pyjamas from this company and love each and every pair. Both the fit and the material are super comfortable. They have worn very well and I have only, after several years of hard wear, just had to replace a pair. Unfortunately the stitching along the new trouser elastic came loose but once I contacted customer service this was sorted out rapidly.
My daughter is now a convert to these pjs for the same reasons of fit and fabric.

Delivery within 24 hours and the PJs are beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a wee mark on the vest. I sent one email and will be receiving a replacement set. Just the most fantastic customer service. Highly recommend Cyberjammies
