This company take customer sevice seriously, just phoned with a delivery problem.They were quick,responsive and understanding. Issue resolved instantly, no questions, very rare well done....

Lovely designs ( eg red panda). But - sizes are much too small. I bought a size 16 pyjamas for my daughter but it’s more like a size 12. Having read how frustrating it is trying to return goods I will now be giving to my young grandaughter as she will hopefully grow into it next year.

I can see this shop had some issues in past, I guess they have taken feedback on board, I honesty can not fault this shop. Great products and probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. This will be my new go to shop for all our pyjamas!

Returns are a nightmare why does everything involved a bloodly QR CODE. We all cant use them. We aren't allowed able bodied. Requires you to get a qr code scanned. How am I supposed to carry parcel with 2 sticks?. Shame left them great review on there customer services. I regret that.

Pyjamas arrived on time and are true to size. Extremely soft and comfortable material. Very happy with the purchase so far, not had a first wash yet.

I didn’t receive my original order via Evri. I contacted customer service and they despatched a replacement order via Royal Mail quickly. I then received an email following this up. The customer service with this company was excellent! The PJs were lovely too. 100% recommend

Bought two nighties costing £35 each. They have bobbled terribly. Very poor quality fabric. Do not buy their products they are not worth the money.

Bought 3 sets of shorty pyjamas in sale. After 3 washes all are coming apart at seams. Quality is very poor. I will not buy from them again

Sizing is ridiculously small, according to their size chart its one thing, recieved product is 4 inches smaller.
About as reliable as buying from Temu.

Sizing is ridiculous you have to go up 2 or 3 sizes to get an okay fit! Quality is very poor!

Evri should not be used, they may be cheaper but definitely not efficient

Excellent customer service...MY order was delivered (allegedly )by Evri.. this never happened.. I checked my CCTV for the times that the alleged delivery took place.. NOTHING!
I phoned Cyberjammies and they very kindly sent out my order again but used Royal Mail.. it arrived the next day.. excellent service.. Thank you Cyberjammies,( and Sharon ) for taking my word and not giving me the 3rd degree and not asking me to wait X amount of days for the parcel to turn up.

Still trying to arrange a return after sending 2 contact forms via the website. 3 weeks and counting. Rubbish service, almost as though they don't want to help and make you keep things that's are no good. Also agree with other reviews that sizing is way out.
If someone would care to respond to my 2 attempts to contact you it would be much appreciated.

I’m a 14 so bought an 18 nightie because I like loose fitting for comfort. Sorry, but I am not a prepubescent size 10! What on earth? Women have breasts! Sort your sizing out, it’s ridiculous.

Please be aware than when you order Cyberjammies the sizing is way off. I am an 18/20 on the top and I've had to order a size UK 24 in a nightie. They also shrink in the wash on 40 degrees so bear that in mind.

I bought two sets of pyjamas in the sale, more expensive still than I would usually buy but well worth the money. The designs are lovely and the fabrics are amazing, so soft and comfortable. I like that they still have the old fashioned pj tops, rather than tee shirts, as I much prefer those. Very soft material and looks great, very happy and would definitely purchase again.

So pleased with the products I ordered from here, one pair of toddler pjs and some for me and the quality is amazing, so nice, that I have just ordered another pair! The child’s pair are so cute and lovely soft cotton, adorable design of giraffes. Very quick delivery and in a lovely box wrapped in tissue paper. Very happy customer

Horrible fabric that creases badly - look a total mess - harsh and uncomfortable - shapeless - too large. I can't find anyway of contacting them to complain or ask for a refund.

When I first received the slouch pjs I was very happy. The softest modal material. Thin but comfortable. So comfortable I ordered a second pair. Within a couple of washes one pair bobbled and then the second pair proceeded too aswell.
I have other modal materials from other companies that have not done this. I still find them very comfortable but the bobbling does bother me as it cheapens the whole experience so I cannot recommend them. I have washed according to instructions there is no error on my part, so I can only assume that the material is of cheap inferior quality or that it naturally does this, but it happened over an extremely short period of time. I won’t buy from them again which is a shame.

I bought Cyberjammies from John Lewis, at £44 the most expensive PJs I’d ever bought. First time I washed them in cold water and they have shrunk. Very, very disappointed ☹️
