Still waiting for refund in order CJ394199 despite an email from them on 1 Sept to say they had received items. Will not use again.

Made my first purchase and am very happy. Arrived quickly and nice packaging. The product is nice and light weight. Perfect for the hot summer months and exactly what I was looking for.

Bought some Jersey loungewear. Loved it! So dmsoft znd washed really well. I'm a plus size and fits well.
Bought a matching mum and daughter set. The girls told pulled really easily...would by the cotton for kids in future. Customer service where great! Refunded straightaway. Would definitely shop again. Lovely product.

Great company and very very helpful when my order was delivered by yodel to the wrong address and yodel said they had delivered correct the customer services at cyberjammies and re delivery by DPD. I can not fault and rescued a Mother’s Day gift which yodel delivery company nearly ruined I will recomend the wonderful garments to everyone wonderful

Recently received slouch jersey pjs as a birthday present would not recommend. Material is very thin and poor quality. After only two washes bottoms have become bobbly and have holes in them! They also do not hold their shape. Very disappointing, can’t understand all the positive reviews!!

I never signed up with Cyberjammies for marketing, and have never purchased anything from them, but have been receiving omnichannel spam from them. The SMS texts (from CJs) look very much like fraudulent phishing URLs, and so it appears that maybe they have been hacked. However I’ve received no email in the hundreds they have sent me apologising for a data leak or a hacked SMS account.

One way or another it’s not a company I want to do business with, ever. I’ve left two stars as their products could be amazing. I just have no idea, and never will.

Don’t buy the jersey pyjama bottoms. Stupidly I have bought many pairs, because they are comfortable and have pockets. However, every single pair, within days/weeks have come apart at the seams at the waistband. Clearly they are very poorly sewn. I have had to sew them myself and for £26 a pair it’s disgusting how poorly made they are. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and am surprised at so many positive reviews. Also found the sizing of the non jersey style pyjama bottoms to be ill fitting and on the small side. I won’t be spending any more money with them.

The website says 'Cyberjammies nightwear fits very true to size, so if you are looking for a more relaxed and comfy fit we would suggest sizing up. All of our models wear a size larger than their dress size'. I took the advice and bought a size larger than normal, but it proved to be voluminous. I've returned it, but as a pre-paid label is included, it wasn't a problem. Too soon to see refund on my credit card, but I'm sure it won't be long.

The company doesn't offer exchanges, you just submit a new order. Having taken delivery of the 'correct' size yesterday and given it a quick iron, I'm really pleased.

When a company’s motto is about getting comfortable but they produce nightwear that thinks someone who is a size 18 should be as flat chested as an 8 year old then you are talking about the most horrendously uncomfortable nightwear to try on let alone sleep in it. Nightwear should be loose and comfortable not tight and restrictive thinking that size 18 plus women are built like pre-pubescent girls. Fabric and designs are gorgeous. Sizing is disgraceful.

My items were beautifully presented and the look of the items was great. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant ‘chemical’ aroma on my items. I was assured that fire retardants are not used on the pyjamas and the dyes are azo free. I decided to hand wash my items in cold water with a gentle eco detergent and was surprised by the amount of dye run off, even after rinsing. I really wanted to love Cyberjammies but sadly cannot.

I couldn't find anything I really liked and then saw two pairs on here which I decided to go for. The box and packaging was lovely (although ought we to love wasteful packaging anymore?) The pyjamas themselves are really lovely. Good shape on the hips, lovely fabrics. I'd like to see Liberty floral fabrics and also some warmer ones for later in the year, then all my loungewear could be cyberjammies. Thanks so much.

I have been looking for pyjamas to wear in the evening that are lightweight for the summer and the bottoms have pockets as I wear them when chilling out in the evening. These hit the mark in all aspects and the packaging was beautiful. This won’t be my last purchase.

I'm a size 8 to 10 and bought a 10. Slightly big in the waist, but not overly.

What a great experience this was....I was looking for a birthday present for my wife and saw these in a lovely shop in Harrogate, but they didn't have her size (8).
I was advised to try them directly on line and hey presto, dead easy..had the size in lots of designs..ordered, free delivery, came within a few days nicely packaged and a lovely receipt...class.
The pj's are brilliant..really stylish, different and top quality.
Couldn't ask for more.
