Ordered pyjamas from this company as a gift for my sister. While ordering, and putting in delivery address, it changed the delivery postcode to my postcode. I spotted this as soon as I placed the order. I emailed the company, and filled in the contacted them via their website, to correct this company. I called them this morning and I was told that they have no customer services and order was shipped to the address which doesn't exist. Was told that they do not work at the weekends yet, Sunday evening the order has been shipped to wrong address

Very prompt delivery, sustainable packaging, beautiful attention to detail. I know where I’ll be ordering pyjamas from in the future. Excellent.

Bought a dressing gown at a cost of £49 was expecting something nice. Was very small had to size up 2 x bigger still very ill fitting doesn't overlap enough and gapes and doesn't feel comfortable. Needs ironing a lot. Only good thing is the pattern is nice.

The comfiest pyjamas ever! I never write reviews but the quality of the pyjamas from Cyberjammies is better than I ever expected. The customer service has been phenomenal, I ordered my family some jammies for Xmas and when they hadn’t arrived 2 days before the customer service team got replacements out to me in time.

Had some pjs brought for my birthday. The top is cheap and nasty material and I can’t work out if supposed to be a dress it’s that long. I would never buy anything from this company, rubbish fit and quality for the price and actually pretty hideous

Vibrant colors and patterns with a wide selection to choose from. I wanted them all!!! I narrowed it down to 4 pajama pants/shorts and have kept them all. Beautifully made and so comfy to wear

Absolutely first class company. Fast delivery, quality products and swift refund. My nightdresses are beautiful and we’re so nicely packaged. The only reason I returned one was the colour wasn’t quite right for me.

Received train themed pyjamas as Father's Day present. Labelled size L. When tried on top it was ridiculously large and measured 52" chest. On querying with company I've been given conflicting sizes,firstly L = 48" chest then L = 38/42" chest. Quality is good but sizing and confidence in customer service not good at all.

Received my order of 2 cami's with 2 shorts. Although I bought my usual size, all items are quite tight. After 2 nights sleeping the fabric of one of the cami's already let loose. I contacted the costumer service, who replied within 24 hrs asking me for a photo, which I sent. Haven't heard of them since.. strange!

Love the pjs and dressing gown, lovely pattern, fit well and super soft! Garments arrived quickly and ordering was easy.

The design of the long sleeve printed Panama set conforms to what makes a good pair of pyjamas. The photos make them look like a knit material which they are not. The drape of the cloth in the photos is deceptive. Instead the material is rather sleazy and definitely needs ironing. They are very overpriced for the quality.

I'm very disappointed as so many people seem to have good experience with them. The waistband on my pyjama bottoms have completely undone on both sides. One side has completely detached from the rest of the bottoms leaving a massive hole, the other side the seam has undone exposing the elastic. The pyjamas aren't cheap and I've only had them a couple of weeks. I definitely wouldn't recommend.
