The auditor (Jon) was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and approachable throughout, which made a real difference when navigating the more demanding parts of the audit. Communication was clear and timely, meaning we always knew exactly what was required of us and when. The whole process was efficiently managed and well-organised, which helped minimise disruption to our team.
