I had an amazing experience at Cygnus Clinic! Everything was so well organized—transport, appointments, and my hospital stay were all smooth and stress-free. The nurses were lovely, and I felt in safe hands at all times.

Esra was incredible, answering all my questions patiently, and Yağmur was also amazing. And of course, my surgeon Dr. Sinan did an outstanding job. I’m only 2.5 weeks post-op, and I’m already so happy with the results—swelling and all!

Do 4 stelle solo perchè sono passati solo 11 giorni dall'intervento e per il risultato finale serve ancora tempo.
Mi sono sottoposta ad un intervento di addominoplastica con liposuzione e lifting del seno a seguito di un dimagrimento importante.
Lo staff è molto professionale, sempre disponibile per indicazioni e chiarimenti, dalle ragazze interpreti, alle infermiere, agli autisti.
L'intervento è andato molto bene, il dottor Omer ha una mano eccezionale, le cicatrici sono molto sottili già dal primo giorno.
L'assistenza in hotel è ottima, consiglio i massaggi drenanti che propongono perchè aiutano molto.
Ero spaventata fino alla mattina prima dell'intervento, ma devo dire che la professionalità dell'equipe mi ha fatto tranquillizzare molto.

Serene have been amazing to work with. Not only did they help me reschedule my rhinoplasty twice due to unforeseen circumstances they went above and beyond to provide amazing care over the Christmas period. My surgery was on the 26th December and my follow up was on NYE so I was a little nervous that things would be slow but the serene team were extremely punctual and assisted me wherever needed. My surgeon and the staff were extremely professional and kind and most importantly I am over the moon with my results.

Eren, my coordinator, communicated clearly from the very first moment I got in touch and was always responsive and reassuring. I appreciated him checking in on me throughout the process.
A special thank you to Dr. Omer. Although I only had one reference image, the consultation felt thoughtful and carefully considered, particularly in the way the surgical markings were planned. I knew I wanted lifted, smaller breasts, and I feel this was well understood and the desired result given.
My thanks also go to the nurses, the translator, the assistant doctor, and everyone else involved in my care. Around 95% of the staff I interacted with were helpful and reassuring.
There was one interaction where a member of staff came across as less friendly, which felt a little disappointing at a time when patients, including myself, are feeling vulnerable. That said, this was a small part of an otherwise positive experience.
For anyone travelling to Turkey for surgery, my advice would be to research thoroughly, speak to others who have used the surgeon, be clear about the results you want, and understand what you need to bring and what aftercare will involve. Most importantly, make sure you’re comfortable with the communication beforehand and ask any questions you need.

I am sharing my personal experience to help others make an informed decision. Parts of this experience were distressing, but I believe it is important to raise awareness.

I have previously attempted to share my experience publicly, but my earlier reviews were removed. I am posting again to ensure my experience is documented and not overlooked.

I contacted this clinic in February 2025 after researching cosmetic surgery options for over a year. The clinic appeared reputable online, with a large social media following and positive reviews, which gave me confidence in my decision to proceed with a Vaser liposuction procedure.

From the beginning, communication was friendly and reassuring. I was told I would be in safe hands and that only experienced surgeons were used. Initially, I was advised one surgeon would be performing my procedure, but this changed shortly before surgery to a different surgeon. I was hesitant, as I was informed this surgeon was not yet fully established with the clinic, but I was reassured that they were highly skilled.

My surgery took place in May 2025.

Immediately after surgery, I experienced severe pain, extreme swelling, and visible bruising and scratches. I was staying in a hotel as arranged, but no nurse attended to me at any point, despite this being part of what I was told to expect. Attempts to contact the clinic for assistance were unsuccessful. Thankfully, I had a family member with me who helped care for me and purchase medical supplies.

A few days later, I was taken to a follow-up appointment due to ongoing pain and burning sensations in my abdomen. During this visit, fluid was drained, which was extremely painful. I was informed that an unexpected substance had been found during surgery, despite me never having had any prior procedures in that area. This was not clearly explained to me at the time, and conversations took place in another language that I could not understand.

I was also unexpectedly told there may be an issue with my breast implants, even though my breasts were not part of the procedure and I had no prior problems. After returning to the hotel, I noticed one implant had visibly deflated. I requested further investigation and was taken to a hospital, where scans confirmed a ruptured implant. I had to pay for this assessment myself.

Once home, I attended A&E due to ongoing pain and swelling in my abdomen, back, and legs. Medical staff advised that I had excessive fluid, scar tissue, and seromas. I am still undergoing treatment, including therapeutic massage, due to hardness, swelling, deformity, and persistent pain.

I am now six months post-operation and continue to experience pain, burning sensations, swelling, and visible deformity. My condition is worse than before the procedure, and I have been advised that corrective surgery may be required.

I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with the clinic, but communication has been inconsistent, and I have not received clear explanations or support. Eventually, I was informed that responsibility was being placed on me, without sufficient reasoning.

This experience has left me physically and emotionally affected. I have lost confidence in my appearance and feel anxious about the possibility of further surgery. Despite previous attempts to share my experience being removed, I feel it is important to continue speaking up so others can make fully informed decisions.

I strongly advise anyone considering treatment to ask detailed questions about surgeon credentials, clinic facilities, aftercare arrangements, and emergency support before proceeding.

Ho fatto una mastoplastica additiva, la mia volontà era di avere un seno il più possibile naturale che non fosse troppo ‘finto’. Mi sono trovata molto bene con tutto il team e con il risultato finale!

Ho aspettato 4 mesi dopo il mio BBL e Lipo 360 per scrivere questa recensione. Risultato ottimo, permanenza in clinica estremamente confortevole, 10 a 1 rispetto a mie esperienze passate in altre cliniche. Consigliatissima.

Esperienza davvero positiva. Mi sono affidata a questa clinica per la rinoplastica e mi sono sentita seguita dall’inizio alla fine. Hanno organizzato tutto loro: trasferimenti aeroporto, visite, intervento, hotel e farmaci.
Dopo l’operazione ho passato una notte in clinica e sono stata monitorata dalle infermiere, sempre gentili e disponibili. Sono stata affiancata anche da una bravissima traduttrice in italiano, Ceren, che mi ha accompagnata a tutte le visite e mi ha aiutata tantissimo con la lingua, quindi non ho mai avuto difficoltà a comunicare.

Anche una volta tornata in hotel non sono stata lasciata sola: sono venuti a medicarmi direttamente in stanza e ho sempre avuto qualcuno a cui scrivere in caso di dubbi. Nessun costo nascosto, tutto è stato chiaro fin da subito.
Negli ultimi giorni di permanenza, con le dovute accortezze, sono riuscita anche a godermi un po’ la città.
Nel complesso mi sono trovata molto bene e la consiglierei.

I have seen many tiktok about people visiting this clinic and that made me want to try. I got a tummy tuck done 8 days ago and my experience turned out amazing.Everything was planned so well and organized.I've spent two nights in the clinic were nurses were coming every couple of hours day and night checking if i would have fever or any other complications after the surgery. And the rest of the days i was at a 5 star hotel where a nurse would come every day to disinfect the incision. Dr Ömer did an amazing job so far, a super precised and neat suture and also Ceren with Martha and Leyla was very helful with all my questions and adjustments that i needed and i need still now post op! Can't wait to see the full results in few months! So far so good... guys, give it a try😊

Mi sono sottoposta a un intervento di rinoplastica con il dott. Sinan e posso dire con certezza che è stata un’esperienza fantastica. Il chirurgo è gentilissimo, super disponibile e davvero eccezionale nel suo lavoro.
Il risultato è naturale, armonioso e… non ho nemmeno un livido, risceglierei questo dottore altre cento volte! Il post-operatorio è stato sorprendentemente leggero, dolore minimo.

Ciao sono Gresy e scrivo da Catania,quando ho deciso di fare la Rinosettoplastica ho cercato svariate cliniche e chiesto vari preventivi e nonostante i prezzi competitivi e recensioni coinvolgenti avevo sempre la preferenza al dott Sinan della Cygnus clinic non so perché ma mi ispirava fiducia e i suoi lavori li guardavo di continuo così ho capito che era lui la mia scelta e mi sono affidata completamente a lui facendo la scelta migliore della mia vita è passata una settimana dall intervento e posso dire che oltre ad essere super bravi ancora oggi mando msg a Ceren la mia coordinatrice medica e nn esita a rispondermi sempre chiarendo ogni mio dubbio e questa è una cosa importantissima perché nn ti senti abbandonata ma continui a sentirti seguita e sostenuta. Sono stata operata l’1 dicembre per mastoplastica additiva. Non ho altro da dire se non FANTASTICI! Fin dal primo contatto con Leyla che mi ha introdotto alla clinica e risposto ai miei dubbi, Martha che ha organizzato la permanenza e Ceren che mi ha seguito in tutto e per tutto in clinica. Ragazze meravigliose!

So I went to Cygnus clinic for a cosmetic surgery+hair transplant and if youre a guy like me who's been overthinking this stuff for years, read it up.

The thing that surprised me the most was how normal the whole process felt. No pressure, no weird sales vibe, They actually explain everything in a way that doesnt make you feel shy/weird and they tell you straight up whats realistic. Recovery wasnt as dramatic as i expected either. They checked in with me more than I checked in with myself tbh. The hair transplant went super smooth and the swelling was minimal. The lipo on my belly was so sculpt so early that i could almost go to the beacch asap.

If you're on the fence, my advice is: book a consultation and ask every question you've been googling at 2am. They've heard it all. I wish i hadnt waited so long, because the results look natural, and I feel a lot more confident now.
