Sottopormi a una rinosettoplastica alla Cygnus Clinic di Istanbul è stata una scelta importante, fatta con un po’ di timore ma anche con tanta speranza. Oggi posso dire con sincerità che è stata una delle decisioni migliori della mia vita.

Fin dal primo momento mi sono sentito accolto, ascoltato e seguito con grande attenzione. Un ringraziamento speciale va al Dr. Sinan un chirurgo estremamente professionale, competente e umano. Ha saputo comprendere perfettamente ciò che desideravo, spiegandomi ogni fase dell’intervento e rispettando il mio volto e la mia identità, con un risultato naturale e armonioso.

La clinica è moderna, pulitissima e molto ben organizzata. Nonostante fossi lontano da casa, non mi sono mai sentito solo: tutto lo staff è stato sempre presente, disponibile e rassicurante, soprattutto nei momenti più delicati.

Quando ho visto il risultato, l’emozione è stata fortissima. Un naso naturale, equilibrato, che finalmente sento davvero mio. Non è stato solo un cambiamento estetico, ma un passo importante verso una maggiore sicurezza e fiducia in me stesso.

Ringrazio di cuore il Dr. Sinan Eroglu e tutto il team della Cygnus Clinic per la cura, il rispetto e l’attenzione dimostrati. Consiglio questa clinica a chiunque stia pensando a un intervento simile e cerchi non solo un ottimo risultato, ma un’esperienza umana autentica.❤️❤️❤️

Personale responsabile e qualificato

I went to the Cygnus Clinic for a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sinan and I was pleasantly surprised by the care that each of them had towards me, from the initial information to the acquaintance with the doctor, to the accommodation in a 5-star hotel and the always active transfer service, a personal interpreter and a fantastic nurse who went to the hotel every morning for the dressing. Everyone was fantastic.

Cygnus clinic per me è stata un esperienza bellissima. Sono stata affiancata da delle persone eccezionali, che prima di tutto erano brave a livello umano. Infatti, il motivo per cui ho scelto questa clinica è proprio questo. Il fatto che prestano particolare attenzione anche al lato psicologico del proprio paziente. Fin da subito mi sono sentita al sicuro e in buone mani. Dal momento in cui uno atterrata a Istanbul fino alla mia partenza. La mia coordinatrice Yagmur era molto dolce e gentile nei miei confronti. Sempre disponibile e super carina nei modi. Penso le stesse cose per le infermiere in clinica, che si prendono cura di te al minimo dettaglio. Per quanto mi riguarda la prima notte al ospedale venivano ogni un ora per portarmi il ghiaccio, farmi i controlli e hanno fatto in modo di non farmi mai mancare nulla. Era molto bello stare con loro perché erano sempre sorridenti e l’ambiente non sembrava un ospedale, ma una clinica in cui ti senti molto coccolata e abbracciata. Il dottore era molto carino e amichevole. È venuto a trovarmi anche dopo l’intervento ed era super disponibile a rispondermi a tutte le domande. Mi ha trasmesso sicurezza e fiducia. Ho avuto la sensazione di essere in delle buone mani e questo è merito anche di tutto lo staff. Sono veramente felice e grata per questa esperienza. Cercavo un posto in cui sentirmi a mio agio e al sicuro e Cygnus Clinic mi ha rassicurato proprio questo. Anche dal punto di vista dell’organizzazione sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.

Just got back to the UK after travelling to Cygnus Clinic for a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sinan! So so so pleased with my results cannot believe how amazing it turned out, the care from the clinic was so good with everything handled from the hotel to the transfers - only thing we had to sort were our flights! Genuinely an amazing clinic and Dr. Sinan is a miracle working !!

Please Avoid – My Experience with Cygnus Clinic

I travelled to Turkey for a rhinoplasty with Cygnus Clinic, scheduled for 28 April, after paying a €500 deposit. Upon arrival, the clinic refused to proceed with my surgery due to my blood test results. However, their own documents state that a blood transfusion would simply incur an additional cost, and major hospitals routinely perform surgeries with low haemoglobin levels. This made it clear to me that the clinic lacked the necessary experience and equipment. Despite cancelling the surgery at their own discretion, they refused to return my deposit, even though their cancellation policy states it should be refunded if the clinic decides not to go ahead.

The service provided did not match the promises made before booking. I was assured of a 5-star hotel, yet after cancelling the surgery they only arranged one night in a 3-star hotel, leaving me to find accommodation myself for the rest of my stay. I was also guaranteed a “luxury” airport transfer, but the vehicle provided did not reflect this. In addition, the clinic was described to me as a hospital before I paid my deposit, but upon arrival it was clear that it is an aesthetic centre, not a hospital—something I would never have agreed to had the truth been disclosed.

The overall experience felt unsafe and disorganised. The clinic is not staffed 24 hours; when we arrived early in the morning, we waited outside for an hour because the security guard was asleep. Once the clinic decided not to proceed with the surgery, they offered no support, no guidance, and no attempt to help despite the fact that I had travelled internationally with my mother and relied on their assurances.

I ultimately had my rhinoplasty at a hospital, the next day which I found and had as a backup myself as I did not want to waste my time during the entire stay where the surgeons confirmed that my blood results were manageable and proceeded safely, with the option of a blood transfusion but surgeon confirmed smooth surgery with no need for the blood transfusion as everything went well. demonstrating the contrast in professionalism and capability. Where as Cygnus believed they “had saved my life” but nonetheless I am grateful Cygnus Clinic refused purely because it highlighted their lack of experience—but their refusal to refund my deposit and their disregard for transparency and patient care made the entire situation deeply upsetting.

Overall, my experience was unsafe, misleading, and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid Cygnus Clinic

Mi sono sottoposta ad un intervento di liposuzione e liposcultura braccia e gambe ad Istanbul alla Cignus Clinic .Con il dottore Omar Faruk .L esperienza è stata fantastica, mi hanno assistita con grande disponibilità, gentilezza e soprattutto professionalità massima. Ringrazio tutti da ,Ruckie,Marta e Ceren la coordinatrice medica l infermiera che mi ha fatto l infodrenaggio, gli assistenti del dottor Omar Faruk. Tutti molto professionali .Non potevo andare in mani migliori. I write as an eye-witness to a surgery that could have had far worse outcomes. I traveled to Istanbul, Turkey, alongside my cousin to provide emotional and physical support while she underwent Vaser liposuction at Cygnus Clinic.

We arrived a day before the surgery and everything initially seemed fine. On the day of the surgery, we were greeted by the surgeon, a videographer and one of my cousin’s main coordinators.

The process immediately felt rushed. Provision markings were made on her stomach, love handles, top and lower back and buttocks. We were then asked for payment and handed paperwork to sign. Nurses came in quickly, adding to the pressure.

I insisted my cousin not sign anything until we had read through all terms carefully. Despite asking multiple questions about specific stipulations, we were met with generic assurances and pressured to sign quickly because the surgeon was waiting.

For safety, I photographed every page before my cousin signed.

The surgery proceeded and she was administered anaesthesia. She returned 2–3 hours later in pain, which we had anticipated.

The following day, we were discharged and told a masseuse would meet us at the hotel. Post-surgery supplies, pads, bandages, disposable undergarments etc, were not provided and we had to purchase them ourselves.

During the massage, we noticed a gel-like substance oozing from my cousin’s stomach at the puncture wounds. We were shocked and concerned.

Contacting the coordinators, we were told the surgeon would examine her in three days and that we should not worry. Shortly after, it became apparent that no work had been done on her love handles or buttocks, despite bruising in other areas.

When my cousin met with the surgeon, he claimed the gel-like substance was probably from a ruptured breast implant, which made no anatomical sense.

She requested an X-ray and further examinations, which were arranged but at her expense at Özel Levent Hospital. A licensed breast surgeon confirmed there was no rupture and that the gel was likely used during the procedure.

We were left with many unanswered questions: why would the surgeon continue surgery after noticing the substance? Why were the proposed procedures on her love handles and buttocks not performed and why was there no adjustment in payment?

The massages continued, but no visible change occurred in the treated areas.
Upon returning to the UK, follow-ups revealed fluid build-up in her stomach and noticeable irregularities in treated areas, including uneven texture.

Repeated requests to the clinic for answers or resolution were met with delays and excuses, suggesting we wait from 3 months, then 6 months and then 12 months to see results.

When my cousin requested a refund, the clinic offered corrective surgery at a reduced rate. A suggestion we found outrageous, as this would require further payments to address their mistakes. After my cousin indicated she would pursue legal action, the coordinators stopped responding.

We have also noticed that multiple negative reviews about this clinic on Trustpilot are being removed, which raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. This is an additional red flag for anyone considering surgery with them.

I share this to warn others: research thoroughly before choosing a clinic or surgeon. Check multiple reviews, seek second or third opinions and understand that you are putting your life in someone else’s hands.

Despite the stress, anxiety, and financial burden this experience has caused, we are grateful my cousin returned home safely to her children.

The handling of this surgery by Cygnus Clinic, from rushed procedures to lack of transparency and removal of negative reviews, could have ended much worse.

Sono stata operato una settimana fa dal Dottor Ömer Faruk Koçak per una addominoplastica e rimozione della pelle in eccesso all’interno cosce dopo una notevole perdita di peso… è stato un intervento molto impegnativo il dottore molto competente e bravo…sono contentissima sia del risultato che del trattamento. Ho eseguito un intervento di rinoplastica il 19 novembre 2025, è stata la miglior scelta della mia vita e anche la scelta della clinica, il dottor Sinan mi ha cambiato la vita con il lavoro che ha fatto su di me, anche Ceren è stata sempre disponibile a ogni ora e per ogni mio dubbio, sempre con il sorriso simpatica e dolce. L’hotel era comodo, molto bello e pulito e anche il servizio navetta da/per l’aeroporto e per le visite mediche è stato veloce e comodo. Tutto sommato questa esperienza è stata dura ma bella, consiglio a tutti la clinica e il dottor Sinan. Professionalità e competenza al top.

La mia esperienza con la Cygnus Clinic e il Dr Sinan è stata davvero positiva e rassicurante.
Lo staff è estremamente dolce e disponibile.
Gli infermieri mi portavano il ghiaccio, mi pulivano il naso con grandissima delicatezza e mi controllavano di continuo. Anche la coordinatrice è stata gentile e sempre presente, e il chirurgo è venuto subito dopo l’intervento a verificare che stessi bene, un gesto che ho apprezzato tantissimo.
Anche in hotel l’assistenza è stata impeccabile, ogni mattina passava l’infermiera a pulirmi e controllare l’evoluzione, sempre con cura e attenzione.
Il post-operatorio non è semplicissimo (io l’avevo preso un po’ sotto gamba), ma è assolutamente tollerabile e sentirsi così seguiti fa davvero la differenza.
Sono ancora gonfia, ma vedo già un risultato che mi piace e questo mi conferma di aver fatto la scelta giusta.
Clinica super consigliata: professionalità, umanità e tanta dolcezza.💕

Tutti gentili e disponibili fin dal mio arrivo in aeroporto e poi in clinica.
Dopo l’operazione le infermiere passavano ogni ora a controllare la situazione (anche di notte). Il dott. Sinan é stato molto disponibile ed onesto, mi ha spiegato per filo e per segno la procedura e il lavoro da fare in concomitanza con le mie aspettative.
Un ringraziamento anche a Ceren per il lavoro svolto, sempre puntuale e presente dietro ad ogni mia richiesta/dubbio.

Its been a month post-op breast uplift with implants. My surgeon performed the procedure with incredible precision — including a periareolar lift — and the results are beautifully natural. The incisions were done so meticulously that my scars are barely visible now.

Ciao, mi chiamo Elisa e ho trovato per caso cercando online la clinica, devo ammettere che all’inizio ero molto ansiosa, ma poi le mie ansie sono svanite ho effettuato una mastopessi riduttiva sono stata ad Istambul dal 17/11 al 23/11, clinica super consigliata, mi sono trovata molto bene, la mia tutor Yagmur mi ha seguito passo a passo fino al momento della sala operatoria e anche una volta uscita. Ottimo trattamento anche per l’accompagnatore. Ringrazio davvero moltissimo anche il dott. Omer per il lavoro meraviglioso che ha eseguito.

Sono stata alla Cygnus dal 13 al 20 novembre per una rinoplastica più blefaroplastica totale, consiglierei questa clinica ad occhi chiusi!!! All’inizio ero un po’ ansiosa, non sapevo esattamente cosa mi aspettasse, anche se avevo già letto tantissime recensioni positive! Ho portato con me un’amica, e siamo state trattate benissimo sin dall’arrivo in aeroporto, dove sono venuti a prenderci con un transfert. La prima notte abbiamo dormito in un hotel 5 stelle bellissimo, dopo l’intervento siamo state una notte in clinica, dove venivo costantemente monitorata e medicata. La clinica è pulita e accogliente e il personale gentile e sorridente. La mia referente Ceren, parlava italiano ed è una persona dolcissima, gentile e sempre disponibile. L’Intervento è andato benissimo e ringrazio di cuore i chirurghi che mi hanno operata, Dr. Sinan Eroglu per la rinoplastica e Dr. Omer Faruk Kocak per la blefaro. Dopo l’intervento abbiamo trascorso il resto dei giorni in hotel, con l’assistenza costante di un’infermiera molto carina e gentile, abbiamo girato Istanbul e conosciuto tanti italiani che come erano stati operati alla Cygnus e soggiornavano nello stesso hotel. Ah, dimenticavo di dire, che tutti i medicinali necessari li forniscono loro! La mia esperienza è stata bellissima e sono davvero felice di aver realizzato il mio sogno! Grazie Cygnus!

I’m having my rhinoplasty and 360 lipo with Cygnus Clinic next month, and I wanted to share my experience so far. I’ve been researching clinics intensely for two years, comparing results, surgeons, communication, and patient feedback — and Cygnus has consistently stood out to me.

Their overall Trustpilot rating has been excellent for a long time, and that’s what first made me look deeper into them. Recently there’s been a wave of negative comments, but based on my own interactions, none of them reflect what I’ve personally experienced. The team has been extremely respectful, patient, and helpful with every single question I’ve had.

From the first message, they’ve made me feel comfortable and well-informed. I feel genuinely confident going into my surgery and wanted to share my own perspective for anyone who is trying to sort through reviews like I was. When you’ve been researching clinics for years, you can tell when a clinic’s quality is consistent — and Cygnus has proven that to me so far.

I’ll update my review after my procedures, but at this point I’m very happy with how everything has been handled.💕
