Applied for a savings account
Applied for a savings account. They opened it online in minutes. Fantastic.
They didn't send me the SMS so I could create login details and ignored all my communication.
A complete waste of time so I'm sticking with cahoot. Lower rate but better service. Here the service is non existent.

Difficult to make a call in the first place
Jennifer who eventually handled my call was brilliant, lovely. getting through in the first place was very difficult - battling with the most dreadful computer generated voice. Jenifer was 6 star - Cynergy telephone welcome was 1 star!

As an existing account holder, decided to open an Instant Access savings account (with a great rate); The process was very quick and easy, and the account was available to use within minutes. The slick on screen experience when navigating both online, and via the mobile app is excellent and very intuitive to use !! Great interest rates, great online/mobile experience .... What's not to like ??

Great Savers rates and new App.
Have been with Cynergy for a long time going back to when it was called Bank of Cypress. Always have good interest rates and their new app is brilliant for managing and opening savings accounts. My wife holds the account but I manage it most of the time on her behalf. Highly Recomend.

Quick helpful response
I needed some information quickly and couldn't find it online. I got through to an operator very quickly, not a BOT and he was very helpful. Most of my banking is online so it is very reassuring that when I need support from a human I can get it.

ISA transfer
There would have been no need for contact if it was made clear that what appears to be the account number required to transfer monies to another account is not the one shown adjacent to the Sort Code. It would helf if a smaii note indicating the number re transfers etc was shown say in brackets. I suggest you implement this suggestion. It would save your staff and me wasted time and telephone calls.

Applied for a Business Saver Account three weeks ago. No response whatsoever and countless telephone calls to the Customer Service Team does not resolve the issue. Our application is apparently under review - by a tortoise.
