Innovative product with great customer service. The Dadi kit came (no pun intended) in a strikingly designed box with security measures that let me know my swimmers were safe in transit. The process was seamless and easy to navigate. I received my results and confirmation of storage quickly. Great product/service.

Not one to write a review too often but wanted people to know the experience I had. Did my research to find out who and what were the best companies for this type of product. Saw Good and bad reviews about Dadi but went with it just because of their few attributes that others didn't have and price. With that a product like this is quite important to a family and also to someone new to this type of service. With that I ordered the 1st kit to just have their customer service cancel my order due to not reading my email properly. With a re-order I recieved my new kit and sent it back out same day. With the 24 hour guarentee return of results I was skepitcal sending it over the 4th of July weekend. With NO information on their website or social about not sending back during the holiday weekend I figured they would have things together. Did not receive a response from last Friday until this morning. Just to find out that the sample sent was not viable. Basically due to them not getting to it and going bad as their lab waited too long. Next, they asked if I wanted another kit or a refund. Coming from a D/C brand owner this CS just does not cut it 1.) for the price. 2.) for the experience and their VERY poor customer service. Would not recommend it to anyone that is looking for a service like this and now going to Give Legacy just because they over-communicate and also provide a way more professional experience. Not trying to bash but just trying to save you time and money as we were quite excited and completely dissapointed.

Best place to store my sperm; my future wife will be so happy I did it

Trans girls beware! They only store 3 vials from one sample whereas instead of limiting it to 3, if there is more volume other companies like sppare.me will give you up to 6 vials or more- this is sooo important if u ever want to have kids. I felt I couldn’t not talk about this. Their response over email was so dismissive and rude and said it was a “business decision” cringe!

I do not have a lot of free time, and Dadi allowed me to check off a critical/overdue task on my to-do list. Being able to get checked out from the privacy of my home meant alot to me. The process was straightforward and easy for me to follow.

Easy end-to-end experience, plus I have a son now!

So when my wife and I were trying to get pregnant I used Dadi for my testing and as a backup in case we had to do IVF. Here was my experience:

Kit Delivery: Was easy and quick, I forget how long it took but I remember it was fast, and I dropped it back off at FedEx and I had my analysis quickly.

Sample Creation: Making a sample seems straightfroward, but you can't use any lubricant, so keep that in mind all of you wannabe dads out there

Sample Analysis: The results were cool to see, basic story was my sperm seems healthy and there were enough to attempt to make a baby. They did tell me my volume was low (but count was fine) so I worked on my fluid intake a bit (water) to keep the stuff flowing.

Sample Validation: I didn't end up needing the sperm I sent to Dadi and we got pregnant the old-fashioned way. BUT, it turns out my guys worked and my son looks a lot like me so I'm pretty sure he is mine.

Sample Destruction: After I decided my son was perfect I wrote Dadi and asked them to destroy my sample, the process was straightforward and I did a digital notarization to sign my forms and that was that.

Overall this was totally worth it, I got peace-of-mind while I was trying to make a small clone of myself, and it was very affordable. I highly recommend.
