These Dadi Kits are awesome! They are quick, convenient, and efficient. They schedule a delivery date for your kit, you do your thing and then drop it off at a very specific type of FedEx that handles "dangerous goods" (make sure you double check this!!), and then within 24hrs of them receiving the kit, you get results! Also, Dadi has absolute WORLD CLASS customer service! I gotta give Dave from Dadi a shout out for this. This guy is a one man army and has the patience of a Saint! Every time I reached out for support whether it was by phone or email, he was on top of it. Prompt to take calls (or return them in one instance) as well as near instant replies via email. As many times as I reached out for support, I would have thought Dave should have been annoyed with me but he gave professional support each time. There's also something special about dealing with normal people in customer support and not random off shore call centers. I really feel like I can trust Dadi with my.... you know. :)

Was using this service as a bank and instead got an unfavorable report that led me to rethink my decision. Received unmatched customer service with the quickest and most helpful replies! They cared much more about my situation than they did keeping any money or ignoring me. Their shipping date is scheduled through your own preference and everything arrives timely and just as advertised and they have no problems refunding. Overall great experience and is as every business should, the service is completely in your hands and they will help you no questions if you need!

I really like most aspects of this service. The price is great. I was easily able to reschedule the shipment to my house easily when I needed to. Then it showed up exactly the day I was told. The kit itself was easy to use. Results were quick. I do wish there was more information explaining the consequences of low results for any of the tested categories. I'm searching google for answers now, but guess I may have to see a doctor. I definitely suggest people do this first as the price is righy, amd home so much more comfortable than a clinic.

Product is easy to buy, easy to use, and results are easy to read. I even had follow up questions about my report and Dave was happy to clarify. I would recommend this solid-value service to anybody who values discretion, and really, I’d recommend it to anybody at all!

Customer service is as good as it gets. Product experience - could not be any worse. One of my results was 0-2.5 percentile by their metric.

After speaking with Dr was reassured with all factors considered this should not be an issue.

Between receiving the result and talking to the Dr I experienced severe emotional distress due to being under the impression I was sterile. Imagine being told your most cherished life plans will not be happening. Right up there with being told of a death in the family.

Avoid this extremely irresponsible garbage start up and go with an in person clinic that can counsel in person when you receive the results.

We are looking for somewhere to do homekits for our family. And while we can not use this service for our family, and I was ready to go on an internet rant about it, Dave was extremely helpful to explain why and to help point us in the right direction for our needs. Sadly it is not the company's choice and they would do it if they could. Hopefully in the future big gov takes its hand from our choices with our own bodies. Ill be recommending this kit to others based on our experience with Dave.

I found this service to offer what I was looking for: Reasonably priced, a quality specimen collection product, a fast turnaround results report and continuous professional service by Dave.

I would only recommend if they would offer also a thaw check of the sample as to ensure viability once the specimen is needed in the future...but I think this depends on the New England Cryogenic Center's capability.

As one who has recent prostate cancer, this service is very valuable for someone that wishes to still have children post radiation therapy sessions...if all goes well that is!

My husband and I wanted a backup plan before going through with his vasectomy, so we decided it would be good to freeze some of his sperm. With COVID, we didn't want to go to a clinic and pay exorbitant prices considering we'll probably never need the samples, so we found Dadi and after a lot of reading up on the process we ordered our kit. The whole process was easy and clear. We were able to pick the delivery date, then return the sample to our local FedEx office. We got his test results less than a day after Dadi received the sample and were really pleased with all of the details and information provided. For the price, Dadi is a really impressive service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The whole process was easy and direct. Have to make sure you find a FedEx Ship Center, which is the hardest part. Other than that it was super easy! The report you receive is really cool.

The process was extremely quick and both times we received results within 24 hours of the lab receiving specimen. The results were inline with our local clinics results despite the overnight shipping. I could not be happier with our experience and highly recommend.

I just ordered my kit after a long discussion with Dave, who I believe is their director of customer service. I must admit, I was apprehensive about talking about a relatively sensitive topic. Dave was incredibly warm, patient, knowledgeable, and made it clear that no question was stupid or taboo. He put me at ease immediately, and went above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns. I must have driven him crazy with all the questions, tbh, but he could not have been nicer. He also assured me I could contact him during and after the process if anything else came up. I am very happy I chose Dadi and feel well taken care of.

This company is top notch. Service is impeccable. I had an issue with my first kit and they sent a new one out immediately. I then needed a 3rd kit and again they delivered on my request. I worked directly with Dave who was responsive, attentive and easy to deal with each time.

I explored five different options for long-term sperm storage and retrieval. Two options were local in my area with three of them being online/mail order. Dadi seems to be the one with the best experience given the inherent awkwardness of the situation.

Ordering the kits from the website was really simple, and they arrived as expected. Sending them back was easy enough, just be make sure that you find a FedEx depot that accepts human samples before you head out on the road. Not all FedEx locations will accept the kits. I tried one kit at first, enjoyed the process from start to finish, and so I ordered two subsequent kits, all with five years of storage. Their retrieval costs are also very reasonable, so when the time comes I already know how much money I will have to be spending.

Overall it was a great experience and an easy company to work with. No complaints.

K, let's get straight to it. It will cost you $2,000 to go to a sperm bank. With Dadi, for $200 they'll send you a kit, you have a good time with it, and send it back. Twenty four hours later, you get the results and they store it for a year. The customer service is also incredible. What more is there to say? Trust me, this is the way to go. For $200 you shouldn't even really have to think about it.

The Dadi kit takes as much awkwardness as it can out of the process of sperm storage. It's simple, instructions are easy, returning is easy. Results were quicker than expected. Storage prices are reasonable. No hassle at all. Glad to have used them.

Dadi makes it easy, quick and discreet to freeze your swimmers.

They allowed me to schedule when I was sent the container, and I was able to receive it within a week. I was worried I’d open it up and see a plastic cup with a sticker on it or something, but it was all very professional looking and sanitary. The instructions were easy to read and to follow.

Once my guys were all sealed up in the Dadi container it was simple to put it back in the box, and slap the premise postage sticker back on to the package.

I took it to a Fed-Ex facility and dropped it off, and within a couple days received an email from Dadi.

I opted to get a report on my sperm as well, and that was easy to read and very user friendly.

If you’re thinking about freezing your sperm or getting a report on your fertility, Dadi is the way to go.
