Truly a great experience. What I liked the most wastheir customer experience. I was able to speak with someone right away when I had additional questions, and they followed up along every step in the process without being annoying or invasive. I recommend using the text message updates to anyone considering using the service. If you are family planning, DadiKit is a must use.

This is a great emergency plan, Dadi has been great at answering any and all questions about the process and storage.

The whole process of getting my sperm count was just as Dadi says in their app. It went seamless, fast and perfect. I finally found a company that writes what they will do and they do it !!!!
I also had a question on my results and speaking with Dadi customer service helped me tremendously.
He was very courteous and professional and of course helpful! I would recommend Dadi to all .

Fast turn around time and results were easy to understand for the most part. I do wish for the extra fee they would break down the motility number - there are many values and percentages of great importance that would come from that further breakdown.

I'm a gay man looking to have kids later in life, but wanted to check now if my sperm was OK in case I wanted to have kids later. Ordered my kit and in literally 24 hours after sending my kit in I had access my fertility results. So easy. Whole experience felt really good. I do wish there was an app rather than having to do it all on the website, but otherwise, it was seamless.

I have felt safe and supported all the way through the process. The customer service provided by Dave was exceptional, and the kits were very intuitive. I also purchased the nurse consult and she was absolutely wonderful. The nurse consult saved me a trip to the doctor and helped my partner and I plan better for our future.

I am also a queer person and everyone I worked with treated me with kindness and respect.

I do want to add, though, to anyone banking with Dadi that when they recommend you to “abstain for 3 days” before providing a sample there’s also a 5-day maximum, according to my nurse. I abstained for 7 days and learned from the nurse that that was actually too long, so I hope you can learn from my mistake.

Fantastic Customer Service

I had difficulties with the website and the assistance I received was excellent. "Dave" helped me every step of the way to resolve my issue and interacted quickly with other departments (such as IT) to accurately diagnose the issue. Problem was solved and I was able to make my purchase.

I did a lot of research prior to choosing Dadi. My experience with Dadi has been great. The customer service is excellent. The pricing is great.

I had some complicating factors on my end that Dadi handled excellently. They worked closely with me on how to best meet my needs and went above and beyond to ensure that my case was handled well.

One of the best and easiest services to use. The kit is simple and I love how easy the process is to complete. This is such a great service, I love it!

This is my first review ever on Trustpilot. I am not a frequent reviewer anywhere but I feel so upset and frustrated this time that I have to share my thoughts.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all! Myself and my partner, who is deep into wellness options, decided to try the dadikit. The process was not as described on the website in many aspects (quality, timing, service). Per our physician, the results he got seemed to be completely off compared to the sperm testing he did two weeks before sending the sample. No refund was offered and customer service was so rude, wrong and irresponsible.

But I have more concerns.

As mentioned in other reviews below, it seems that all their website reviews are completely fake, using one of the review software that lets you fake your online reviews. This is so wrong when dealing with people's fertility, health and their hopes for the future. It is not a new toy or trip to the Bahamas. I took screenshots of these reviews.

Furthermore, most of the positive reviews here are self-generated by the dadikit. For example look at the 5-star reviews from Frank and Mohammad!

All their past reviews on Trustpilot were generated on the SAME DAY they had given 5 stars to dadi (Frank – ALL 3 reviews from yesterday and Mohammad – ALL 4 reviews from two days ago). It looks like the reviews were created BY the COMPANY so their self-made reviews look more ‘reliable’. I wish I would notice this before we made our order.

I took screenshots of them and I'm considering sending them to fake review moderators. Hope they stop doing this, it is just unfair.

So wrong. Be careful!!

I needed a second kit due to some damage to the part you use during shipping. But it all worked out in the end and Dave at customer services called me proactively to let me know.

I had always been told I could not have children so I tried this on a whim. While I do have fertility issues, it turns out I can actually conceive and was thrilled at the results. I was not financially secure enough for complex medical texts so this fit the bill.

Dadi was very responsive to my needs and questions. As someone who has not gone through this process before, this was very helpful in gaining a level of comfort with the process.

Very happy with this service. Affordable and responsive. We messed up and forgot to write down the number on our cup before we sealed it in the box. They helped us find a way to link the cup by the shipping labels. I would recommend this company, but I’d also suggest following the instructions better than we did!

Easy to order, simple instructions and was able to send back the same day. Would highly recommend.

The earliest they could schedule the kit was two weeks from when I placed the order, but once it shipped, it was quick. The results then came quickly and I appreciated their explanation of the results. I can't give five stars because I have not had to contact them to send me the stored sample for fertilization etc.

The customer support initially came across as rude (they clarified later) in explaining how we can have a sample not viable, offered to have further explanation. Also, their box broke in transit, just by looking at it, you can see it needs to be better designed for protection (it’s all around very hard) not much cushion inside just more plastic. They sent me another box and it got processed. After getting the results and being worried went to our doctors and they said to take it with a grain of salt. This box is great if you’re not TTC and just want info, if TTC just go to your doctor. Overall ok experience. The results are easy to read.

Process was very easy. I assume it works and the process of getting the sperm back isn't too difficult. The only downside I've seen is that you cannot specify a successor or beneficiary of something were to happen to you (death, etc) and you wanted someone else to be able to choose what to do with your specimens. Other than that, this was a very affordable option and the customer service was great!

I was getting a vasectomy. I am in my 20's yet I feel children are not in my mind now, yet I still wanted to have the possibility of having them. The search for a sperm bank was tedious and very complicated, but that way I found Dadi, which made the entire process extremely easy. I received instructions, follow ups on my order, and once I received the container I did everything from the comfort of my home. In addition the sperm study was very helpful to understand the health of my sperm.
Overall I am glad I found Dadi, otherwise I might have not gone through with my vasectomy.

I have to say this was an easy process. They give an analysis of your sperm so that you know your speed level. I did this because I’m getting a vasectomy and just in case a woman wants another kid I have this as an option.
