Using this product is a breeze and such a piece of mind! Dadi makes the process seamless and discrete. So happy I discovered it.

I used DADI for the first time last month. I wanted to wait and write my review until the process was complete and my future secure. The process was very simple. With COVID my partner and I did not want to go into a facility for sperm storage. We looked at all the options. David, who was my customer support rep was so helpful when confirming any questions and gave me a ton of comfort leading up to my decision for storage. The kit came and seemed like it was designed by Apple or some fancy tech company, which beats the other options I was considering. The info that came back along with the communication was clear and helpful - their scorecard approach makes the scientific information more approachable. All-in-all, I’m surprised it has taken this long for a service to exist like this. Well done Team Dadi!

Dadikit is solving a real world problem that a lot of people are too shy to talk about. In terms of my experience using the service, the product was super easy to use (they provide idiot-proof instructions/videos) and their customer service team is extremely responsive. I highly recommend this product and have had a great experience with their team so far.

Super high quality, like opening an iPhone or iPad up. Very easy to use and the app is amazing. They are very advanced.

The two biggest concerns I had with a process like this was reliability and confidentiality. DadiKit delivered on both. Can’t recommend the process enough.

Best customer service
I am very happy with the service provided. I understand that shipping isn’t in control of the company so I don’t take the delays into account because it’s not their fault. What is in there control has been the excellent customer service and the resources and guidance provided all along at a very decent price. I specifically have to shout out the customer service since all my emails were typically answered within the first 10 min (which for something of this nature, you really want to know there is someone at the other side you can send quick questions too). Plus their kits seem the most sturdy of all the ones I’ve used with other companies.

Used this service to bank sperm before Chemotherapy and it was overall a great experience. I will say, you should only use this service if you have PLENTY OF TIME before you lose your fertility. It has nothing to do with DadiKit themselves but rather the postal service. I wouldn't recommend starting any procedure that will affect your fertility before you have confirmed they have processed and stored your sample. For me it took about 2 weeks to receive each kit, and then once I mailed it it was in within a week and processed by the next week.

I had 6 vials stored with them and the process to retrieve them has been simple, secure, and painless. The instructions at first were a little hard to follow but after my 3rd sample they had nailed down the instructions.

I will admit, it was disappointing to send in A 3rd sample, hoping to get some kind of detailed analysis after Chemo, but if they don't find any good sperm they just tell you it wasn't a viable sample and they don't give you any more info. I think they may have a service for this now but at the time it wasn't an option and I just basically paid $200 to be told it was a waste.

Nevertheless, way cheaper than local collection sites (which I did twice), much less weird than going in to deposit a sample, and overall a successful endeavor.

I'll say it again, if you're in a rush, go to a local place, if you have some time, this is the way to go.

My kit was supposed to arrive yesterday (over a month after I ordered it). A few days ago I got an email saying it would arrive today instead. Today I get an email saying it will arrive tomorrow. All the while they are saying how critical it is to get the sample back in time.

I contacted them 2 weeks before a procedure that is going to effect my fertility for the rest of my life. I told them I do not have a local physical sperm bank and I wish to use their service. I paid and they schedule to deliver the kits one a week before the procedure and the other 5 days before. I received the kits and sent them back again in two different days. The morning of my procedure I get an email from them that says” Your Dadi kit arrived at the lab and unfortunately was not viable due to a known kit travel media issue. This should not be a cause of concern for your personal fertility as the kit failed”. And I should expect a refund in 10 days. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, how are two different kits delivered in two different times both have the same issue? This is extremely unprofessional. Stay away from them.

Bad service... I followed the instructions to the letter which can be quite a hassle since you have to time everything right only for them to come back around and say that something was wrong with the kit they sent.. I'll use a local service instead. Not worth the trouble.

Customer service seems to really care. Any issues are promptly resolved via email.

I don't actually write a lot of reviews, but the experience here was so strange that I have to.

I bought a kit back in December. It was a smooth checkout process. I had a bit of a unique compressed timeline - I needed the sperm analysis done as soon as possible for personal reasons - and I reached out if they could expedite my order. No one ever responded back to me! Instead, I waited over a week to get something and was left hanging and frustrated. I really get that they probably get a good volume of orders, and I know it was right around the holidays, when everyone's busy or labs are shut, but by ignoring me, I just felt like they didn't care.

Still, I had to let it slide, it's almost too much to ask for an ecommerce company to have decent customer service these days, and I totally get it, it's expensive and folks like me can be annoying.

The box itself was impressive. They made sure my sample would be secure back to the lab, and I appreciated it. The results themselves came as promised. So damn fast. On time. I've waited for COVID results much longer than I did for my samples with Dadikit.

I didn't understand my results. The webpage information does not do a good job in helping me understand everything I want to know. I don't know, maybe I'm the kind of guy who needs to speak about it to understand it. These guys offer a call in service, so I scheduled a call. I actually missed the call by like 15 minutes, called, and the customer service rep was still able to speak with me. I was really grateful.

So I had a decent experience in many places with these guys.

But I have to give them a 1 because of some of the stuff that happened later. First, the person wouldn't speak about my results. They just kept telling me to speak with a doctor. I don't understand what the point is for me to schedule a call with them if all they'll tell me to is speak with a doctor.

It gets worse. I asked to do so. They told me that they offer that serve, but it's in another package they sold. Something with a morphology report. I asked if I could pay extra to speak with a doctor. They told me I have to buy the whole different kit, produce another sample, get some morphology thing, before I could speak with a doctor. I get that customer service for ecommerce folks is bad...but this was a SCAM.

Then I learned that they store my sperm, which I didn't need. It's fine - I wrote in asking them to destroy it. I don't want anyone keeping my sperm, but I also didn't realize that they'll just charge my credit card 99 bucks each year. I couldn't believe there was no place for me to opt out. After I didn't get help from them, why would I trust them to protect my guys? Get out of here. In the email exchanges that followed, they told me that they couldn't cancel my storage with them (WHAT???) and that their only option was to refund my order. I was fine with that - and actually pretty happy that for all the hassle they were doing the right thing and giving me a refund - BUT THEN THEY TOOK AWAY MY REPORT, MY DATA. I can't access my fertility information, I have no actual idea if they destroyed my sperm sample, and I'm worried about what they'll do with it.

Dadi does the bare minimum well, and I actually wish for that I could give them a rating of at least 2 STARS or 3 STARS. But they don't care about customers in the way that I wanted. Even if you're just curious about your results, if you're worried about what they do to your sample or about sleazy tactics to get more money out of you, my advice to you: STAY AWAY.

We had an amazing experience with Dadi kit. and highly recommend this product for people who need home fertility testing. Unfortunately, I wish we didn't need this product but when my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, treatment starting in a week, extremely scared and anxious,a fertility clinic was not an option. We originally were not supposed to receive the kits until after chemotherapy started but thankfully, we were able to tell share our story with Dave. Dave made sure it was possible for us to safely freeze 3 viable samples before his chemo started. The communication was incredible through the entire experience and I felt like Dave genuinely cared about our story and did everything in his power to make sure our kits arrived before his treatment started so we ultimately had 2 opportunities where we could have had none. The other massive benefit of this product was the idea of being able to do this at home. My husband would unlikely have been able to have successfully comply in the medical environment and pressures of a fertility clinic.

Dave and Grace were nothing short of amazing to work with. The whole experience was easy and fast. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Ordered my kit over 2 weeks ago and Dadi.com stated that it would arrive yesterday, March 1, 2021. It never arrived on my doorstep. I called the customer service line and talked to a representative who stated that the kit had not even been dropped off at FedEx to be sent to me. He blamed recent "weather" for the delay. I complained that I had followed the directions... i.e. no ejaculation for 72+ hours...AND I made him aware that I was scheduled for a vasectomy in 5 days. The representative was not only unapologetic, but sarcastic in saying "Well what do you want me to do!?" Dadi.com never emailed me to let me know of any shipping delays or anything. They had plenty of time to make me aware of their "situation." Their customer service is horrible and I would not trust them as far as I could throw them.

Really great company to learn more about your fertility. I was really stressed as my wife and I have been struggling to make it happen. The rep I spoke to was really amazing and made me feel 100% comfortable asking any questions and I was able to complete a successful kit we plan on using in the future if needed.

I did however forgot to register my cup and send it back and have to purchase another but they gave me a discount which was nice of them as it was my fault for forgetting this part. Long story short, register your cup right away so you do not forget and make sure to read the instructions right before you do it so you do not miss anything

FIRST OF ALL, Dadi advertises 24 hour turnaround, this is false advertising. The earliest date I could select was TEN DAYS after placing my order!! Then the kit was delayed another few days so by the time I could use my kit it was two weeks from purchase. And you don't find out until after you've paid. Very shady.

SECOND OF ALL, Dadi is clearly re-using all their kits. Honestly it is digusting. I am imagining all the sperm from other men that I am now touching when I pick up the kit. Really nasty.

THIRD OF ALL, I made an oversight when sending back my kit. I locked it up but forgot to note down the kit ID before sending it back. They refused to analyze my sample which is already frustrating. I e-mailed them and here's the best part, they told me I'd have to pay for a new kit!! They offered me a discount as if that makes it any better!!

In conclusion, I found this service, slow, gross, and frankly scammy. I will be using one of their competitors.

Easy process. Everything went as detailed on the website.

I work as a network engineer that also works on microwave radio systems. I have always worried about me losing the ability to have children from work. Once I found Dadi I figured I should give it a try. The process was very easy I ordered the kit and then someone reached out and asked if I had any questions, once the kit arrived I collected my sample and took it to a Fedex drop off location. I got my lab report back within 36 hours even with a video of my sperm. Overall I think it is a little piece of insurance for $99 a year.
