Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem ganz bestimmten Helm von AGV.
Einzig bei Dainese München war dieser vorrätig. Lieferzeit vom Hersteller aus Italien ca. 30 Tage. Innerhalb von 2 Tagen war der Helm bei uns in Hoppegarten bei Berlin, super verpackt und genau rechtzeitig vor der ersten Fahrstunde meines Sohnes. Die Kommunikation mit dem Store lief reibungslos und der Helm ist genau das, was wir wollten.

Il Team del negozio è riuscito a propormi una soluzione perfetta per soddisfare le mie esigenze, nonostante fosse una situazione complicata (avevo commesso un piccolo errore nell'ordine on line). Con grande piacere ho anche potuto apprezzare un ricontatto solo per sapere come era andato l'acquisto...veramente mi hanno fatto sentire importante e coccolato! Grazie ancora!
la mia recensione si riferisce alla dainese shop online e non ai negozi dove il servizio al contrario e stai positivo. ho comprato una giacca da moto online pagandola 245 euro mentre ai negozi costava 99 euro. assurdo che un’azienda blu e triplichi i prezzi rispetto alle concessionarie. ho scrtiito un’e-mail chiedendo spiegazione m hanno risposto con proposte che sembravano un’ulteriore presa in giro. inaffidabili

Lieferzeit von Italien nach Germany war OK.Mein Protektor hatte leider nicht gepasst,daher Rücklieferung beantragt und im gleichen Atemzug das Rücksendeetikett im Mailpostfach.Das Geld hatte ich 10 Tage nach Eintreffen der Rücklieferung auf meinem Konto.14 Tage steht in den Bedingungen,also alles im Rahmen.
Qualität ist auch super.Den einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, da die Damenrückenprotektoren von der Größe her eher schwierig sind.Meiner war mir zu kurz und eine Nummer größer leider zu weit🤷🏼♀️

I've been riding for over 25 years and have crashed in nearly every relevant brand of gear. Most did an okay job, but Dainese stands out—not just in protection, but in fit, comfort, and the small design details that put it ahead of the competition. It’s authentically Italian, cherished by Italians, and they take real pride in it. I can say the gear saved my skin several times.
Now, about these one-star reviews on customer service: as someone who works in customer service in the bicycle industry, I can confidently say that most of these complaints come from people with wildly unrealistic expectations (especially those who think spending *anything* qualifies as “a lot”) or from people who simply don’t read. Dainese doesn’t have a call center, which they clearly state, yet some still rage that "no one picks up the phone!"—because, shocker, they tell you to *email* them.
Then there are the folks who treat their leathers like a chew toy and expect them to last forever without conditioning. These are probably the same people at the bike shop whining that their tires and brakes wore out too fast. Maintenance? What’s that?
And let’s talk about reading comprehension—because apparently, it's an endangered skill. I’d bet 99% of these complaints could be avoided if these "tough bikers" actually read and followed instructions. Instead, entitled customers come here weaponizing the review system as revenge because they either didn’t bother to read a policy, didn’t understand the directions they ignored, or think "the customer is always right" means "I should get whatever I want for free."
After visiting Italy, I can tell you that customer service there is great—as long as you’re not a self-entitled American expecting to be treated like royalty.

Tried contacting them Bot called Emily replies. Nothing happens. Write again...bot replies, nothing happens as infinitum....still a bot response.
30 days without a human reply to 12 requests for help.
Had to return the purchase. Seller is rather angry
First and last time Dainese con rips me off and leaves me with a piece of hyped up unsupported junk.
We've tried everything to sort it, but the bot still replies with meaningless statements.
BEFORE YOU BUY.....test the bot.
It's all the support you will get.

Take it to a Dainese centre. You cannot de register online.
Had we been told that a month ago, things might be different.
Arrogance will cost them. Maybe that's why their kit is so expensive, to keep the bots working.
Back to ALPINE STARS I suppose, I have never had this basic type of failure from them.

I write this for people considering parting with cash for safety gear.
I don't expect that they monitor complaints on feedback websites, it would be depressing as in my case.
One can't be riding with an unsupported airbag device, it's wayyyyy too much hassle.
Been trying to order a custom made race suit since October. Despite assurances that I will be contacted - no one does ! I have asked many times for someone to contact me, no reply. Appalling - they have now lost a loyal customer of some 26 years

Realice un pedido y lo pague. No me han enviado confirmación, les envío un mensaje y me dicen que les envíe el nombre porque el email no está correcto, contesto y no me dicen nada. Hablo con su tienda oficial (estos muy amables y correctos) me dicen que la web no tiene teléfonos de contacto, pero que aparece el pedido como anulado. De momento mi pedido no devolución. Un desastre
I purchased multiple times without an issue, but the most recent purchase experience was really awful. The website is terrible and contains a lot of missing/inaccurate information regarding sizing, materials, etc.
I thought I was purchasing a lot of 10 items, but when I only received one item, I reached out to customer service. They informed me that the website description of (10 PCS) was only available to stores, but when individual customers purchased it online, only one item will be sent out. Essentially, I paid 10x the price for one single item. They suggested I return the item, but from prior experience, international returns are a hassle and aren't worth the time and aggravation. This will be the last time I purchase.
