Thay are a scam. The web page dissappeared after my payment. Emailed them. No reply. No product.

I placed an order, used affirm....Damnshop never sent my order , and affirm started charging me! I had to cancel my debit card because affirm wouldn't do anything, the phone number I have for dambshop is fake, it rings and then goes to a busy signal! I found a few more numbers, they are not in service! I have sent many emails.. all go unanswered, their "chat" says nobody is available and will get back tomorrow, it has been a month! Do not spend a penny here!!!!! Funny that affirm wouldn't help me, and still trying to collect from me for my purchase, but this company is no longer an option to buy from with them!!!

This company is a scam. They don’t send you the product, charge you, and you’ll never receive it. They have posted the wrong phone number, don’t answer the emails, and closed up the store under that name and opened under another name, which I’m sure they’ll be doing the same thing. I called my credit card company and put in a dispute, that’s about the only thing you can do.

Wish I could give 000 stars. Ordered some fish antibotics, which were needed in short fashion. I was alerted my payment went through successfully and another email was forthcoming when shipped. Of course the payment went through to my bank the next day and then they dropped off the face of the earth. I sent emails to them with no reply and the phone number did not work. In coming to this site I saw they closed up shop and started this business under another name. So I sent an email to both the old email address and new one and of course still no reply. I let my bank know and they credited me the money back, thankfully, and now I have to wait up to 60 days to hear if I will get to keep my money. Ridiculous they are allowed to do this and forget about trying to make contact with Shop, who helped facilitate taking my payment. Do NOT send them any money under this shop name or their new one. Good luck for those that are on fixed incomes, I hope you are able to recoop your money.

They will collect your money and never send what you ordered. They ARE a scam. I contacted them 3 different times and was ignored.

Ordered something off the dambshop.com website and received an email confirming my order. Said it'd arrive within 7 business days. A month later, I still have not received it. I reached out to the site support via email over 10 days ago and have yet to hear anything back. Do not order anything from this website.

They stole my money and never sent the product.

I never received product and now the website is shut down. $50 gone that I'll never get back. Do not order from them they are a scam!!

I placed my order the end of March. Over 100.00 worth of fish antibiotics ordered.
It is now the end of April. No product, no way to contact them. A complete scam!!!!
Changed my PayPal pass word just in case.
Website now says unavailable. I Will order through my pet store instead of online. Thank I know I will never ever see my money again or the product I ordered. I will be reporting to the BBB but what good that will do is probably nothing.

I wish I had researched these clowns before trying to do business with them. Even allowing for the 2-3day delay, my purchase still have not arrived. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but no one answers the phone or email. Today I discovered their web site no longer exists. I disputed the charge
with my credit card company today. I'm confident the charge will be reversed.

Do not risk your money or credit card info
with them! The are a complete scam.

UPDATE: AMEX has provided me a full refund. It happened the very next day after I disputed the charge. AMEX customer service is top notch.

I placed an order for fish antibiotics on April 3rd, my credit card was charged immediately and I received an email confirming that my order was in the process of being fulfilled and that I would be notified as soon as it had been sent. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from them, I sent an email to their customer service department. I waited another week and tried to log back into their website which no longer exists. Then I attempted to call their customer support number that also no longer exists. As a last resort I am disputing the credit card charge, in hopes to receive my money back.

I ordered 2 bottles of fish mox forte amoxicillin 500mg on 4/3/24. I am disabled and I paid $99. It is now 4/25/24 and I have not received anything I have tried to contact them and I don't get a response. I don't know what to do to get my product or my money back.

I placed an order april 4th . I never got it .
Very sad - Never had a problem before Now , in getting my order sent to me . Even as recently as march ‘24 I always got what I ordered until I placed an order april 4 / it’s been crickets - and website down -
So … Today at 4 pm I got an email from dambshop saying they have items back in stock. Which Is great ! Sooo - Maybe they can send us what we already paid for .. many of us are out money and no deliveries .

Placed an order never got it. Called bank today they are investigating. Website gone no response. Don't do any business with them

Beware they opened their page again only with the name Dambshopp.shopify this time saying they limited amounts and my order still awaiting fullfillment.Still cant contact no one.SCAM!!!

Ordered item back at beginning of April still not received.. contacting bank to get money back. Crappy customer service.. not to mention the store ie page disappeared

They are a scam
They take your money then you never receive the merchandise that was ordered and paid for. Then even worse , there is no tracking number and the usps doesnt recognize the package. So the package is either lost in the deliver

system or dambshop never sent it. DONT ORDER ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!! ITS FRAUD,!!

$120 gone! Ordered and got a confirmation email, only for the website to go MIA! The new shop is Dambfish.com and it’s also powered by Shopify so go right to them and report that site and ask for a refund from them since they haven’t caught on to the fraudulent scammers! Report to your bank or credit card company. Don’t give up! Their registered business address shows up on my transaction history for the charge. Not to say it’s a real address that belongs to them but you have to report it and I’d start with whatever bank or card you used and then go right to Shopify and be prepared to provide the link to the old shop that was in your confirmation email for initial order AND provide the link to the new shop to shut it down!

Total scam! I ordered fish antibiotics few weeks ago and have never received shipping info. They do not respond to emails and now their website has been taken down. I reported them and put a fraud dispute with my credit card company!
