I ordered one bottle of fish antibiotics on April 7; my credit card was billed on April 8. I received an e-mail right after I made the purchase, stating that they received my order and the product would be sent out, and I would be notified. Two weeks later, nothing. I e-mailed the company (no response), tried calling (bogus phone number), and the website has disappeared. Today I called my credit card company, and they are taking the payment back.

Dambshop is a scam. They kept my money & no product was ever sent. This store is now closed as of 4/23/2024. Hoping my bank can get my money back.

This company processed my payment for an order and never sent the product. No reply from them after phone calls, nor replies to emails. Their site is now down and evidently they're now DBA Dambfish. Consumers are outraged and rightly so! I will file a complaint with the FTC and the fraud division of my bank. A COMPLETE SCAM!

What’s weird is I got 3/4 of my order I was only missing 2 bottles of sulfa and they sent a email apologizing and if I wanted to cancel the remaining I could but I thought well hell I got almost everything but those 2 bottles so I thought I would wait
Now I’m not so sure 🙄

Company charged me $671.17 for my order. After 3 weeks the order was still pending (even though they charged my card the first day). Messenger = NO RESPONSE. Email = NO RESPONSE. Phone Call = NO RESPONSE. After reading endless reviews, forums and YouTube Videos it is clear this company is a scam.

If I could give a -5 stars I would. Placed an order on 4/8/24. $50 out of my account, didn’t receive my order. Went in to check today and the site is gone. My boyfriend placed an order the day after I did and he got scammed as well. Irate doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel right now. I work hard for my money and its just so easy for these scammers to do what they do and get away with it. I know it’s only $50, but that’s 2 1/4 hours I had to work for that money.

Waiting on fish fluconazole and paid for it. Nothing yet. I got my first order so ordered more. When I went to check on shipping the site was gone. Out a couple hundred if it’s down. 😡

Once they processed my payment they completely ghosted me! No tracking, no response to my SEVERAL emails, nothing. Place is a total scam!

Calling the bank tomorrow, at least it was only $39.95. Lesson learned. Thanks for the suggest on my Google search. Don't they vet any of those results? Total BS.

I was robbed. I payed $52 for a product on April 3. The product was never sent. I am seeing multiple bad reviews stating that this is a scam business and nobody gets what they payed for.

Apparently this company is a complete FRAUD. $175.00 order undelivered and no way to contact them. NO COMMUNICATIONS from them. If you have more money than you need I strongly suggest you order from them and waste your money.

Dambshop through Shopify took money never sent product. Site is closed down. No email response.

Scam!!! And now site has disappeared!! Don't trust Shopify either!! No way to find live help to complain!

I was also scammed by DambShop.
Ordered Fish Antibiotics. and never received them.
When I went to check, the website was taken down and the phone number was disconnected. Appears they opened up a new scam "DambFish site.
Please report them to SHOPIFY, their merchant.

Ordered $90 of Fish Mox on 04/01/24 today is 04/21/24 never received it. Sent 2 emails and called the phone number listed. No response.

I was also scammed by Dambshop for Fishmox. 44.00 When I went to ask where my product was, the website has disappeared. TRUST PILOT WILL WRITE YOU BACK BEFORE DAMNSHOP DOES (true story ans notice my spelling, not a mistake!) Google said they were verified from their app store but with trying to send messenges to their chat, I realized they
only give bogus ai messages. I ordered from them because they were supposed to be a valid company but I guess they went rogue. DO NOT BUY, calling my lawyer, the Federral Trade Commission, The Better Busi ess Bureau and of course, my credit card company.

THE COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOUR PRODUCT, NO TRACKING NUMBER NOTHING , THEN IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED!! WHEN IT WAS NEVERED DELIVERED I ORDER TWICE. NOTHING REPORT THIS COMPANY I EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES NO RESPONSE . WHEN YOU CALL THEM THE PHONE HANGS UP ON YOU BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order in March 2024 and as yet cannot get anyone to answer the phone or respond to my emails as to whether my order shipped or not.
Unfortunately I used my debit card to pay, not a credit card, so I had to get my bank to reverse the charges. Filed a police report as well.
This place is a scam.
