I ordered three items from this company totaling almost $700. I ordered according to their size guide, but when I received the items, they were completely off and way too small. I would have exchanged the items, but the items in my size were out of stock, so I requested a refund. After waiting almost 2 weeks, I reached out to customer service, where they informed me that BOTH items were somehow 'stained' and they would not be issuing a refund. This is absurd. I have never had this happen to me with any company, as I frequently order, try on, return, and exchange items. I would never purchase anything from this company again.

Unrealistic Sizing and Worse Customer Experience
My experience ordering from Danielle Guizio has been consistently frustrating, and I would not recommend purchasing based on what I dealt with.
I originally ordered a micro mini skirt in size XXS. It was too short, so I followed their return process and selected an exchange for the Micro Mini Leather Skirt in size XS, intentionally sizing up in hopes it would provide slightly more length and coverage. I also paid the price difference.
What I received was a size Small.
So to be clear — XXS → exchanged for XS → sent a Small. That’s one size off from my original order and still incorrect for what I selected and paid for.
For context on sizing: I’m 5’4”, around 118 lbs, slim build, and the satin micro mini fit my hips perfectly — but it was so short that it didn’t provide normal coverage. And I’m someone who typically prefers my clothes fitted and on the shorter side, and even gets pieces tailored to be tighter and shorter.
Honestly, the proportions feel so extreme that it makes you question your own body, which shouldn’t be the experience when trying on clothing. It didn’t feel designed with realistic wearability in mind.
For a ~$200 item, that level of inaccuracy and inconsistency is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but what made this worse was how it’s handled. Their system only allows for a refund instead of correcting the order with a proper exchange, meaning I’d have to restart the entire process within a limited return window.
This also wasn’t a one-off issue. I’ve already dealt with:
- Inaccurate or confusing tracking updates
- Shipments moving through multiple carriers with no clear communication
- Overall inconsistency in fulfillment
At this price point, I expected a smooth, reliable experience. Instead, it’s been disorganized and unnecessarily difficult to resolve basic issues.
If you’re considering ordering, be aware of potential sizing issues, fulfillment mistakes, and limited flexibility if something goes wrong.

I ordered 4 items, none of them fit, I returned them all the same day I received them on March 6th. It’s March 30th today and I have followed up with customer service at least 4 times. The last time I followed up they said my return should be processed March 23rd (a week ago) still nothing. Really disappointing and won’t be ordering from them again to avoid this hassle

I bought two long sleeved shorts and they were awful. Super thin, totally sheer and not advertised as such. The material felt cheap and the cost was outrageous.

Clearly states on return policy that you have 14 days from receiving if you paid full price you will get a full refund to your card. I paid full price, received items on 1/16/26 and when I went to return today.... they are saying my last day to return was 1/28/26. Not sure who's doing the math here. Plus the quality is so cheap!!

After being pushed back and forth by GUIZIO customer svc and DHL, GUIZIO customer svc chose to ignore my request to submit claims form as according to DHL this must be done by DHL account holder (GUIZIO). I bought 3 pieces from here this past black friday, I should have looked closer at their returns because oh my god it's horrible!!! Absolutely0 returns or exchanges if you paid anything less than full price, they also do not cover stolen packages unless YOU pay for shipping protection, insane scam!! I made sure of my sizes before I ordered because I knew stores like this usually don't accept discounted returns, and two of the pieces fit perfectly, the other one not even remotely close even though they're all the same size. There are no exchanges allowed and when I tried to reach out to customer service to tell them they should fix their sizing chart on the third piece, there is no way to! They have a form you can fill out but it doesn't let you hit send and the email they have is either turned off, wrong, or they block any complaints. Also all 3 pieces, 100% polyester and from China, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Poor quality and sizing for high prices
I have purchased a micro mini skirt and a red evening dress both in XXS.
The skirt has a one layer, raw edge thong sewn underneath, a single layer skirt in incredibly thin and cheap feeling material, and a simple roll hem. It fit alright, but flared out in the back when the photo made it look like it was much thicker and higher quality.
The mini dress was so small I couldn't even get it on my arms, when I am usually XXS-XS/Waist 23-24"/32B-C/5"4'/00-0. The quality was terrible, similar to what I would imagine Shein would be, single layered, and a simple rolled hem.
I spent hundreds of dollars on this order the customer service was terrible and they have no size exchange or returns available with use of a discount code or anything not purchased full price. Which I guess I can understand that but overall the quality was worse than Amazon clothes I have purchased and that order single-handedly ruined the brand's reputation for me. I would not support it or trust it for sizing or quality.
too tiny, cheap material and super over priced
After reading all the reviews I thought, it can’t be that bad. but i was wrong, they are bad.
I paid almost $400 for a dress and its so tiny in real life, there’s no way it would fit anyone, and i followed the size chart that they provided. Also, the material is so cheap guys, super thin plastic, giving shein vibe.
However, they wouldn’t let me exchange or return for better fit. Now am stuck with this tiny thing that cost me so much money.

Horrible customer service. They were late with my order and closed my return window even before my items got to me even though I paid for expedited shipping. Impossible to get in touch with anyone in customer service to rectify the situation. so now I'm dealing with my credit card company.
