Had a little trouble with FedEx, my shipment was seized in customs for a month, but it arrived today and the piece is amazing. Perfect fitment, nice materials and they even gifted me a pair of socks i wasn't expecting cause i bought it in the 2 year birthday sale of the brand. Nice brand, would recomend.

Delivery was great and even quicker than anticipated! Packaging was very nicely done and I even received a cap for free which was not expected.

Love the zip sweater and I wear it a lot. Only thing I still need to figure out is how to get rid of the lints.

I love the site, the pictures are nice and give a good feeling about what you're buying. Delivery was extremely fast and I'm very happy with my order. The only note is that I feel the non discounted prices are too high for what it is but I don't know of course the economy behind the single items. Everything Fine

got the package in a few days - the fleece was nicely packaged in a dust bag and sizable box. - fleece itself was comfortable and accurate to the site’s description.

Great clothing

Customer Service was really unhelpful. Ordered a product that is not up to their usual standards but much more pricey. Informing me about their garbage return policy (for a luxury brand really customer unfriendly) and giving me the option to return it at my own stakes while calling it "goodwill", all whilst lying to me in my their first mail. Really don't understand it.
