Got a t shirt and washed it as per instructions once and there are two holes where the label is and the logo has gone crackly. The customer service team seem to only be quick at replying when you’re willing to accept their solution, otherwise they just ghost you.

I bought a jumper for my son’s birthday. It was ‘lost’ at DPD. I contacted India at Picante and have been given an incredibly quick replacement. Their customer service is amazing and I would like to say that this has enhanced our happiness in the wonderful products. I've been a long-time Picante customer and own a number of their pieces, so it's safe to say I'm a big fan of the brand and their designs. Whilst I recently experienced an issue with the quality of one of my T-shirts and had a few concerns regarding the resolution, I was really impressed with how the matter was ultimately handled.

A special thank you to India, who took the time to listen to my concerns, kept the conversation professional throughout, and worked with me to reach a fair outcome that I was genuinely happy with. It's refreshing to see a company willing to engage with customer feedback and find a practical solution.

No brand gets everything right every time, but it's how they respond when something goes wrong that really matters. On that front, Picante certainly delivered, and I'll happily continue supporting the brand.

Very poor experience. Paid for next day last week items still not been dispatched no one replies apart from someone telling me next day only counts from the day they decide do dispatch it on!! Really useful so if they do send it tomorrow in their eyes I still got it next day. Madness. £450 spent will not shop again they don’t reply apart from their AI agent. AVOID

I've ordered quite a few pieces of clothing from Picante over the years and the quality over time has seriously deteriorated. Two of their t-shirts I've had for only about 6 months both have holes appearing in the fabric in random places. The wholes are uniform in size but in different places on both so clearly a fabric quality issue. None of my other t-shirts from other brands have holes like this. Picante refused to accept an issue with their fabric even when I provided evidence which is baffling. Pretty poor all round.

Great products and excellent quality. I love the 308 jeans—would be even better if they were available in a dark indigo! Customer service was fantastic when there was an issue with one pair of jeans; it was resolved quickly and professionally. A bit on the pricey side, so I appreciate the option to use Klarna. Thank you!

Fail to respond to emails, returned items and haven’t received money and they now have the goods. Scammers. Appalling service. Buyer AVOID AVOID!!!!

Excellent customer service and fantastic t-shirt. The t-shirt I originally ordered was too small, the return and exchange process was quick and easy and I was kept informed throughout the process. The t-shirt I ordered was a brilliant quality, great fit and lovely colour.

I like the clothes from this place and have purchased quite a few items - however a recent transaction has soured how I feel about the company. I purchased a hoody in what was marketed to email subscribers as ‘an exclusive sale’. Only to find a day later the exact same hoody was then significantly discounted further and non-exclusively to subscribers. When I enquired about this, hoping I would receive the difference in a refund I was basically told that was my tough luck. And now to top it off after returning that item (due to the issue above) I am now having to chase the refund which is late and still hasn’t come back into my account.
