PICANTE Reviews

Absolutely love this brand! I have several items now as the quality of the materials along with the fit and designs are just quality. Picante are now one of my go to shops for mens clothing. Also the packaging makes reaffirms that I’ve bought from a company that cares about their customers experience.

Ordered an oversized T shirt. Amazing quality and packaging. I usually take a size M or L -went for the M but still looked a bit too big. Will give it as a present to a friend who is bigger than me...and just ordered again- a small size for me as I like it so much. Best to look at the measurments and compare it to your existing clothes !

I had such a positive experience with customer service, especially with India who was incredibly helpful and responsive. She quickly resolved my issue, explained everything clearly, and even went the extra mile to make sure I was left with a great outcome. It really made me feel valued as a customer, and I’ll definitely be shopping again. Excellent service!

Shirt our made with quality material and durable fabric.

Unreal products that keep getting better every release. Extremely high quality, great customer service and just a brand I love and would always recommend. Keep it up!

Max is always incredible helpful as the lead for customer service, I buy a fair bit from Picante because the styling is so good and on the rare occasion there’s an issue, it’s resolved almost immediately. Can’t say fairer than that.

I’ve bought three of the oversized t shirts and the material / feel is very soft light and comfortable. I love the colours and designs and the t shirts hold up great in the wash. The packaging is also very nice and gives the price more justification as you can see care has been taken and it is a premium brand.

They have incredible fast shipping. Also love the quality of the items I have ordered (two tees + one sweatshirt). Overall love their brand and quality.

Customer service was great, really helpful in arranging an exchange.

Would give 0 if possible.

I ordered goods to Europe the price was higher than in GBp then had to pay 30% customs import duties. I realised they should have 0 rated the VAT in the UK - they said they shouldnt have, then came back and said they did but the high price was due to the fx rate (1/3 higher fx impact than the spot rate - which has been static for 5 years) absolute scam artists and the clothes arent even that nice..

Excellent service and quality

Great Brand and love the service

Unreal quality!

I had issue with my shipping and the the team was very pleasant and was able to handle my complication quickly and painlessly.

Great products and even better customer service. The team helped organise an exchange in an extremely timely fashion

Picante Shop never disappoints! Their products are amazing, but what really sets them apart is their customer service. I had a small issue with my order, and they resolved it quickly and professionally. The team was so friendly and helpful throughout the process. It’s rare to find such attentive and efficient service these days—highly recommended!

Great product and fantastic customer assistance. Would recommend
