I recently purchased a lovely knitted sweatshirt, and while it arrived with a small defect, I was extremely impressed with how Picante's customer service handled the situation. I reached out, and Max promptly responded with helpful suggestions, making the process smooth and hassle-free.

His polite and professional approach truly stood out, and I appreciate the effort he put into resolving my issue. The experience only reinforced my love for the brand, and I will definitely be shopping with Picante again soon

Excellent customer service from Max. Had ordered a sweater in size medium and needed to exchange for a large. The correspondence was quick and simple and the exchange completed in a timely manner. My husband loves the jumper and can’t wait to wear it. Will shop here again!

I didn't recieve an order email, I had to return an item. I reached out to customer service and Max fixed it all promptly. Found my order, arranged the return.

Max from the return team was a gem, I was umming and arring over exchanging an item, and wasnt too sure on sizing, max had sent me links to other pieces they had in a size that I was looking for, and even when I continued to be indecisive he was patient and allowed me to take my time. Eventually I returned it and as a sale item he gave me to credit with the cost of the postage both ways on top! Thanks for all the help

Love everything I’ve bought from picante! Such good quality ! I had to exchange my brothers T shirt for a smaller size over Christmas and they were happy to do this even though it was out of the returns window as it was a present ! Thanks so much

One of my favorite stops for upscale streetwear with great quality garments. Tees, sweaters, all of it fits perfectly and the designs are inspired and constantly evolving. Packaging and attention to detail is also top. Customer service is excellent and super accommodating, special mention to Max who's always a pleasure to deal with. Jude and Saam stay close and locked in to their community which is very comforting, continuously seeking feedback to refine their pieces and giving the people what they want. Couldn't ask for more!

Great Brand all round!

Quality of PICANTE items is top top notch, high quality materials used too.
Customer service is also great, we had a slight sizing issue (my error not theirs) and this was dealt with quickly, Max in client services has kept us up to date on the exchange and offered to send to an alternate address so that we can have the hoodie sooner than if posted to the billing address.

I’ve been a regular customer of PICANTE for a couple of years and will continue to be one for many years.

Huge thank you to Max in the support team - I made a Black Friday purchase but was due to go on holiday soon after so delivery would be an issue. He was able to hold my delivery and as soon as I returned, I followed up and had my parcel in my hand within 24 hours! a really great customer experience

Bought the Picante Fratelli t-shirt in Royal Blue. High Quality t-shirt with good shape. Expected for £70 though.
