First and last time.
Despite the good quality and design of the t-shirt, plus the fast delivery, I find 50 euro of shipping way to much. I've ordered before with UK stores and never paid more than 15 euro of shipping.
Shipping cost of 25 euro don't include the duties and taxes that I as customer had to pay (another 25 euro)
If I refuse to pay, t-shirt would have been back to the shop and the shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Contacted customer service 2 days ago with some questions about this extra payment, but up till now no answer.
Also, t-shirt without label? Never saw in my life. Is this normal with this brand?

Improved their shipping/delivery
Previously left a review due to multiple orders turning up late. One of the founders of the company reached out, explained and apologised.
Next order was dispatched within hours and delivered in 2 days.
Appreciate the straightforward apology & they’ve clearly improved their delivery.

I found the customer service team very helpful and responsive. Clearly care deeply about their brand and want others to also. Would recommend as a unique brand for unique clothing.

Ordered a hoodie during the Black Friday sale, had to return due to wrong size and I’m still waiting on a refund. It’s been well over a month. Don’t even bother with this company.

Disappointing
Took an order from me. I emailed to check the delivery address and was advised it was now out of stock - despite being on the website at least 24 hours after ordering.
Don’t order from this company, they’re just holding onto money and not delivering.
