Daraz cheats on both sides. They have also deceived sellers. I have been a Daraz seller since 2019, I received an order from a buyer, I packed the order and delivered it to Daraz Hub and they deliver the order to the buyer. The buyer told me that the order had been delivered to him. Therefore I know that the order will be handed over to the buyer. But Daraz gave me a DVD and sent me a message that the order had failed to be delivered to the buyer.
I got two orders like this... I lost more than 2000 rupees.

Daraz is cheating both side. They cheat sellers too. As i have a seller account, i received my first order worth Rs 14500 and they picked the item through Aitken Spence cargo, a third party career during the lockdown.
They didn't deliver the item to the customer, nor they didn't even return the item to me and i lost a brand new power tool. My god, they are way too fishy to deal with.... Stay away guys !

For the broken item Daraz sold me, I have been trying to return it for over a month now. I have made online chats with Customer Service Agents almost every other day. Every time, they gave me excuses, like in 1 week, 3 days and so on. Every time they try to shut me off by apologizing. And they want to rate them for their chat. How can I rate them when I am not satisfied. I am really frustrated and tired of chatting with the agents. I have so many complaint numbers. I believe this is a scam website for online shopping.

Daraz Sri Lanka is scamming people, even the sellers. They charge a commission plus a unmentioned payment fee in their policy. They even deposited my money in a wrong account and trying to get away with it, as of now I'm following on it.

They have a lot of products. but some of them are low-quality products. price is higher than usual 1650 mouse is 2400 in here. also, they use an illegal marketing strategy

I ORDERED A SCOOTER ONE DAY AND IN 2 WEEKS ITS BROKEN

DARAZ can be described as one of the worst service providers, I order on 16th September 2021 and the microphone does not work and no curia agent has visited since 17th September 2021 this time. I received 8 calls through customer service and complained but no agent gave me a fair response .The customer's money laundering organization, be careful when buying goods, I had to spend not only my money but also time and phone bill. fraudulent company.

Worst customer service.. they are canceling the orders without proper reason. They are didn't respect to their customers.. their system showed a available quantity and after placing a order they cancel without any reason after 2 to 3 days.. very bad service

don't even think to visit this site all the parties are very disrespectful even from the sellers.
customer care services do not provide any relevant information.
I ordered a product they agreed to send me within six days now it's more than two weeks still not received and there is no proper order cancellation process.

This online retails has a pathetic service of attending customers service. I have ordered baby care items for my baby and I've received a note on my mobile that those were shipped. even I have done the payment by my debit card. but the order didn't receive as expected. when I contacted customer care ( of course it was an anonymous chat agent ) they said that it will be delayed due to the pandemic situation of the country. of course, I can wait for that. But you know what, after the next day, they have canceled my order without informing me. what a shame action that they have taken when asking about the delay. Then a msg came as they are going to refund the money. But am afraid to say that still, I am waiting for that refund since I got nothing. don't play with people's hard-working money. Frustrating service.

I have decided not to buying any thing from daraz again by paying beforehand. I cannot cancel my order even if the courier service is taking too long to reach. It says to contact the seller. What a joke.

Daraz is an Organized scammer. Deliver wrong or cheaper items.
Customers will never be able to return and get the refund.
It seems top management is well aware and guide stuff do the mafia.

anyone should require proof, there are lot of incidents with written and voice evidence.

THEY ARE VERY BAD CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE NO CALLS ANSWERED. I ACCIDENTLY ORDERED THE WRONG MIKE AND NOW STUCK AS I HAVE BEEN TRUING TO CANCEL AND NOW TRYING TO RETURN.
ORDERED THE ROBOT CAR KIT AND DELIVERED WITHOUT ALL THE PATRTS. DONT ORDER ANY TOYS AS THEY ALL JUST BREAK IN A DAY ALL VERY BAD CHINESE QUALITY

Got my 2nd item today. Last time, I made a complaint that the delivery guy wasn't professional nor polite. This time, I'm super satisfied with the punctuality, service and good change. Keep it up! Thank youu💕

experiences buying on daraz
1) ac from browns priced with installlation and tubing etc dumped for 7 weeks not installed
2)many items glorius pict of originals different fakes sent
3) nasty rude staff at Yamaha music centre will ask you to learn to talk and keep abusing you over weeks . i responded just to see how long they would continue -2months insults to date .used to be a civilized shop but not the cads when online via daraz as ther faces and identity is hidden
4)many send short and you have absoultely no way of proving that you got less items in a package once the delivery man scoots.buy in singles
5) some sellers keep the money and suddenly just cancel -no excuse but say no supply wasting your time! you cant even leave a feed back or blacklist as on ali express as order is not completed .
you are at complete mercy of daraz!
why buy? as many shops remain closed but daraz flouts corona lock down rules blatently via abs delivery!

i have been contacting them for over 2 and a half months with regard to my refund of 15000 and up to now nothing. always giving excuses.

very very bad website when you sell more than a month it takes to recieve money when buying products too much expensive , can get from cheaper in any shop than daraz very low performance

Extremely unprofessional live chat agents in Sri Lanka. Daraz Management seems to be very poor. The agents assist the customers just for the sake of assisting. See how many negative feedbacks you have. My chat was ended up even before I finished asking questions. I would not give you atleast one star if I am able to unpick the star button appears above. Feel so sorry about Daraz Chairmen and the top Management.

Bough 4 taps from daraz, but I received 4 tap connectors, when I returned and ask for a refund, daraz refused, WHY .... seller "hunters" changed the image to a tap connector. So I don't get a refund, bad sellers can get away... rip off.
The best part is, when I made an negative feedback through DARAZ, they don't approve because the review mentioned Return/refund words... what a joke, they have removed my previous negative feedback as well. Daraz is actively helping scammers to rip off customers. BAD system and BAD service.
